Food is ok , service is slow been there 3 times and each time it was worse then the last. I tried different hrs thinking that could have been the issue but No !! You wait 10 minutes to get a server to say hello after being seated and another 10 just to get a drink ! The beer was flat and the mix drink needed a mix ‘The French fries are always over cooked and basically cold .. The buffalo chicken Mac n cheese is overloaded with buffalo sauce it was terrible and the buffalo chicken wrap had so much buffalo sauce it was horrible.I wish I would have had a better experience because I’ve heard so many good reviews.
To start make sure you ask the server when they get off work because ours left 2 hours ago and we were completely ignored. Food was good and service was acceptable until our server came up and said I am about to clock out so can you pay your bill now. We weren't even finished. So once we paid and she left we were ignored completely. It would have been nice to have drinks refilled and offered the chance to continue ordering mixed drinks but nope or serve put a stop to that. Note we were watching the UFC fights so we ended up sitting over an hour and a half being ignored.

Wings are smaller now than they used to be, but im sure thats just supply chain issues because even other famous wing chains are smaller 2020+. This review is in mid may 2022 and as of now they do have the location specific limited Mountain Dew Legend flavor. My order did come out wrong but was fixed without issue.
I came here on the whim after my appointment at Naples Wax Center. I was at the bar alone and the bartenders that served me were attentive, pleasant, and passionate about mixology. The chicken sandwich I got was good. One star taken off because my husband said the wings I ordered to-go for him were dry/overcooked (dry-rub traditional lemon pepper).
This Bdubs is darker than the one in Cape. Over all service was prompt food was good. My drink was really well made. Tito's and pineapple.
Server was amazing. She was very attentive and friendly. The Patron Margarita was very good a bit pricey for the size however.

Being a wing place I expected to have fresh chicken .I got the boneless chicken, it's just frozen nuggets. Horrible.... although, our waitress LORI was awesome. She is an asset to your company. I didn't complain to her because it's not her fault. Thank you again Lori. You were great. I hope she sees this. Long story short, get real boneless CHICKEN .
My first time at BWW and it will definitely be my last. And i was looking soo forward to eating there! Literally The only good thing was the appetizers. Me and my husbands food was both cold. He had chicken wings and I had the buffalo chicken Mac and cheese. My Mac wasn’t even barely warm, cheese barely even melted and the chicken on top was cold as well as my husbands chicken, they both felt like they were sitting there waiting to be taken out. We couldn’t even tell the server cause she didn’t come back for like 10 mins to see if we needed refills and by then it was too late. When i was able to talk to her and ask her if she could take it off the bill she acted like i was lying, asking twice and snooty, “are you sure they were both cold”… i really wanted my Mac and cheese! But not after that! We definitely won’t be back!
