Our party of six have a wonderful evening at bone fish in ft Myers fl. Ashley was one of the most professional service staff members I've ever had the pleasure of being served by. She was flawless in her service but even more importantly she connected with us with her pleasant personality and gracious smile. It was as if she could read our every need, always one or two steps a head of our needs. you have a wonderful asset as an employee and better yet a quality person representing your business, you can't pay enough for that. Not to minimize. The food was great. My best to all. Ken

It was my first time there and I really enjoy it I will be back awesome food

We love Bonefish, it’s consistent and always has something new to try off of the specials menu. Seafood cooked over wood is a favorite of ours. Pictured is grilled swordfish, butterfish with creamed spinach, and grilled salmon. All excellent and full of flavor. Atmosphere & service is great too!

Just had an absolutely great dining experience. Haven't had one in quite some time. Its not from lack of eating out, it's just been bad experiences. Not here at Bonefish. Great service, delicious food. Christina checked on consistently and everything came out exactly when it was supposed. Gonna become one of our new faves in the area.

The evening was to celebrate a dear friends 86th birthday. All six of us were seated quickly after a pleasant greeting from the hostess. Once at the table we enjoyed a round of drinks served by our fantastic server Vivien. Vivien's professionalism, attentiveness, organization and understanding each and every ones requests was above and beyond our expectations through out the evening. We started with a couple appetitizers and then ordered dinner. Everyone was amazed with the quality of the food and its presentation. Vivien checked to make sure all of our entrées were to our satisfaction and maintained the tables appearance through out the evening as well. We ended the celebration with the chocolate brownie, save room, it's worth the extra calories LOL ?. As the manager of a fine dining restaurant on Sanibel Island, my congratulations to the operating partner of Bonefish and their staff. I was truly impressed on every level. Hiring Vivien was the best decision you've made. All in all a five star dining experience. ?

I we were so looking forward to a nice meal. Unfortunately the beef and ginger potstickers and chicken & shrimp pairings were not good. Tasteless no pizzazz. We also ordered the signature pasta that was very good.

Invited friends here for dinner at Fort Myers location. Food and drinks were good but what spoiled our experience was our waiter altered his copy of the bill by increasing the tip amount. My husband always rounds the tip to show zero cents. It was a very generous tip but clearly the waiter has a "get rich quick" scheme. Noticed on our credit card statement that the total showed cents. I called the manager who did check his copy of the bill and saw that the tip had been changed. Be careful people! Check your statements with your bills.

Bang Bang Shrimp and Bacon Mac and Cheese for the WIN! Belt, Montana loves this place!

Wonderful food. Our waitress Vivian was amazing.

Went to Bonefish Grill today and we were seated immediately. We sat for almost 15-20 minutes with no service and noticed that at least 3 other tables were seated after us (one table actually had 8 patrons); all received prompt, cheerful service. I finally went to the hostess and told her that we knew they were short staffed but we had not been served at all, no water, no drinks, nothing. A few moments later, server Angela arrived, apologized and said the hostess had not put us on her ‘map’ (my term, I forget the term she used). We told her that we understood and we weren’t upset, we’re just hungry. Angela took our drink orders, then offered to comp our choice of appetizer. She was friendly, attentive and a pleasure to work with. Then the hostess came over, apologetic and embarrassed that she’d forgotten us and said she was sorry that we’d had to wait for service. We took our time enjoying our Bloody Marys, Mussels Josephine, fried calamari, bang bang shrimp tacos and Parmesan trout, then paid our bill and left a 20% tip. On our way out, the hostess apologized profusely again. I said all this to say: recognize that sometimes mistakes are made but you get much more with sugar than you do with salt. I appreciate how hard these folks work, I appreciate that they work long hours and I’m not here to make their jobs any more difficult than they already are. Thanks to our server Angela and to the hostess (I’m afraid I didn’t get her name). Our meal was great and our SERVICE was spectacular! #bonefishgrill #Iusedtobeawaitress
