Took my mom here today for mother's day. Had an amazing experience all around. Was instantly greeted in a warm, welcoming manner, by a few employees when we walked in. Our server Patty was happy, friendly, smiling, & gave us exceptional service. Our food was beyond delicious. I got a dinner special with ham, turkey & all the fixins'. Mom got the everything breakfast. & yum!! Their dinner rolls!!! Food came out quick & was nice, hot, & fresh. Like their motto, "they really did make us feel like family". Every single employee. We will definitely be back!
great service nice seating great menu
Place was 25% occupied but still .are us wait 20 minutes to be seated, then another 25 minutes to get our order. Should not take an nearly an hour to get brunch. Food was meh. Banana bread was tasteless. Did not tip. Won't be back.
Every plate was presented beautifully but beyond the aesthetic the food was absolutely amazing and each description was informative. We asked a number of questions and the staff seemed excited to answer.
A few friends and I stopped by for lunch the other day I had the meatloaf it was delicious. The store is always clean and the workers are always friendly great restaurant.
I always receive friendly service at this establishment. My favorite server is Kayla, she makes my day.
My "Honey Chicken Biscuit" breakfast closely resembled the sole of a work boot - and could not be "cut" with a table knife and fork. I finally gave up and surrendered it to the trash. I have been a patron since Bob Evan's arrival in Fort Myers, Florida - but today was absolute "rock bottom". The "One Star" is wrong - should be "Zero Stars".(that being said...)"Bob Evans" came here some years ago with the chant "We are so happy to be in Fort Myers" or something similar and they hung pictures of our area including those of the Ford and Thomas Edison Estates.A few years later they removed the pictures* and replaced them with photos of "their Ohio home" and changed there mantra to "We are from Rio Grande, Ohio" - aren't you glad we are here? ...and we could care less at the time but the wait staff was great and also the food.*Yes - "My Gang" asked about the pictures intending to buy them - and we were told they were donated a local preservation society or something like that - but they were no longer available.. .. and "management" could not tell me exactly who/where they were given to.So - you can deduct that I am not satisfied nor "through" with Bob Evans - I will return when the current problem is corrected.
Very poor service. Took forever to get our drinks and our bill to leave for over twenty minutes and was scolded by the server. I was holding on to my two year old as she was ready to go since we were literally waiting on him… he cut the corner by our booth too closely and ran into her… he scolded me saying I can’t allow her to run around like that. I was literally holding on to her. Very rude and inconsiderate. He makes me not want to go back. There was no need to scold a mother holding onto her child when he neglected our table all night. We could’ve been out of there had he listened when we asked for the bill multiple times. So disgusted with this treatment.
It is a go to place for good basic comfort food. Prices are still good and meals are consistent from visit to visit.
first time food took 1 hour and tables floors filthy. bad service bad food. not like old Bob Evans we all knew and loved. management seems detached angry and iritable doesn't care when politely professionally told. Wait staff admitted they get non stop complaints about food. Went back again and the exact same thing happened we walked out before ordering after bein seated a table w ketsup all over it. poor greeting upon entry zero acknowledgement and i said HI to manager she rolled her eyes
