Service was top notch. Our waitress was great! The food came out quickly and was excellent. Owner flipped out when we had an extra guest arrive and we pushed a table next to ours. He came over yelling and cussing. He picked up chairs and slammed them down. After he told them they could of hurt themselves, he marched off then returned and yelled again when we didn’t move it back. It was an extremely embarrassing display. I have never witnessed such a childish display in a business before. The group I was with frequents this establishment often. I eat there with them when I am in town. This visit was a shock!
Came here for breakfast on a Saturday late morning and no wait. Fairly big place and very friendly staff. Lots of options on the menu with large portions and very reasonable price. We will definitely come back.
We come here quick often with a group of 6-8 people. The breakfast & service is very good. I usually order eggs, grits & sausage which is very good. The omletes & pancakes are also very good. Coffee is free for veterans.
They have great food for breakfast server are most the time most unfriendly staff if you a regular then you are fine this morning was there and had breakfast and had the most unfriendly server again my fresh cup of coffee had a old jelly top that floated to the top of my coffee they should Check cups thanks to the young man cleaning table was able to bring a new cup of coffee waiter only can to give us a bill and food
Solid service and food. I had excellent service. A very well done BLT. I got my bill without asking. And told to stay as long as i wanted after the meal. very clean too.
Good sized portions at a fair price. Will definitely eat here again. Not so much on wearing masks but diners are welcome to wear them if they choose but kinda hard to eat with a mask in place.
I’ve been a Biggies regular but the fact the no staff are wearing masks is very off putting. Does a restaurant really need to make a political statement at the expense of its customers. If they don’t care about me why should I support their business? I’ll be looking for a different breakfast place.
Was in the area for service on my vehicle. Saw this place around lunch time so decided to give it a try. Wanted to sit outdoors during this pandemic so went inside and asked if I could get take out to use the outdoor tables. No problem. Looking around, I see none of the staff is wearing masks nor are 99% of the patrons. I was pretty much the only one. Lots of Trump stuff for decor. Food was OK, pretty much standard diner fare.
Most uncomfortable visit. Entire Staff does NOT wear mask! Food was great as always, but not worth the risk!
We tried this place for the first time after reading rave reviews. While the service was good and friendly, and you get a lot for the price, the food was your average breakfast. Omelets, Waffles, Pancakes, French Toast, Oatmeal. Nothing on the menu really stood out to me. I ended up getting the blueberry waffle. It was good, but not "wow-ing". My boyfriend had the french toast, which was lacking taste. I've made better breakfasts at home. There also are not many options for someone who is gluten sensitive or vegetarian. We do plan on going back for lunch. I'll update my review when we do.
