New staff front of the house and back!! I personally work here as of last week I have heard the good and bad and I'm hoping with the new staff we can better serve our locals.New management is working hard to make the needed improvements.If you have had a bad experience come on in for dinner and ask for I will be more then happy to make sure you have a great experience.
The restaurant was empty so we thought we would be in and out. We ordered the appetizer and it arrived quickly. We waited for our food for quite a bit, when we got it, the fries were warm, but not hot. I got the Garlic Prime Rib sandwich, which had good flavor but not much meat. We saw the waitress when we got our food, but then she disappeared. I had to walk up and ask another waitress for a refill. They closed the restaurant at 9pm, but it is supposed to be open until 10pm. They turned people away at the door because they were so slow and they closed the kitchen. Apparently, our waitress was cleaning the kitchen instead of waiting on us. We will NOT be back.
The bartender Hailey was unprofessional and inappropriate in her actions. Verbally assaulting patrons because you don’t like the topic of conversation is not acceptable. This establishment has continued to slide down hill for many years and the employment of individuals like Hailey further solidifies the poor customer experience that this franchise clearly condones.
What a joke. This is the “whole lotta steak nachos” and “chicken tacos”(comes with 2,father in law attempted to eat one) this was $30. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. Rude service while waiting to pick up. Completely ignored while ladies gossiped at the bar(where you pick up) finally a bus boy helped me. Do better people.
Service was great. I got a buffalo chicken salad, it was good just on the small size for price. My brother got fish n chips, great taste, portion was only 2 small pieces, pricey. Food was good.
It was our second choose this morning because boat house had an hour and a half wait... We should have waited... We got a call our table was ready before our food got to us. Food was decent except a member of our party had a partially frozen burger or bun... Quietly whispered the issue in the waitresses ear not to cause a scene. Drinks were good and strong though...I know everyone is understaffed but that's no excuse for undercooked ... I'd rather wait than have an issue with my food. This is what you do is serve food and your product came to a table frozen? Someone dropped the ball or felt rushed.
Food was ok, but the horrible customer service is what left a bad taste in our mouths. We were told upon entering that they were on a “food delay” and it would take a little longer than normal. No problem, I appreciated them being upfront. When the food arrived, though, we only received 2 of the 3 entrees that we ordered. Our server said she would check on the missing entree right away. A good 5-10 minutes passed and she returned with an excuse and that the entree would be right out. Another 5-10 minutes passed and it is finally brought out. In the meantime, my dad and I ate our entrees while they were warm. Due to this, we asked to have the third entree boxed. The server returned with a box and her handheld asking if we were paying with cash or a card. No mention of the total or if they adjusted it. We had to ask the total ($43 something) and if there would be an adjustment made. After getting “approval from her manager,” the server returned stating they “took 15% off.” The new total was $40, which didn’t add up. After requesting a receipt and reviewing it, we saw they took 15% off the third entree only—a discount of $2 and change! Needless to say, we won’t be back.
Friendly service, clean restaurant, wide selection of choices on the menu and delicious food! We'll definitely be back!
Great local bar and restaurant. Fun customers and great staff. Pickles is an asset to the outdoor bar. She is a great bartender.
Updated, January 2022...Much better experience then previous times.Food was great, service was on par, staff was attentive.Much improved, Glad we stopped back in.Do the same and I hope you will have as good experience as we did.Makes me happy that I may have my neighhood place back!2 stars....May 2021Wow, this place has went down drastically!Use the be just as the saying "neighborhood place" but now, it is a lot of complaining employees, food cold, no initiative, staff is unresponsive, just overall very disappointing.Avoid this location as I think they must have had an owner change over the last few years, once that happened...down hill.Kept trying but time ran out for me!
