Love Arby's, they have been a little slow with service but this last time I went they were on point. Sorry I missed the chance of getting the wagyu burger
The good was good. Only complaint is the curly fries were fried a little too long. Otherwise, definitely recommend.
Always a problem with their drive-thru line, really poor customer service. Any five-star reviews must be put on there by management. This is definitely a one-star location.
Attendant sounded stern and mentioned to offer free sandwich since they don't use in-app Arby's QR codes. Never was in the bag
As always, the food was amazing. However, they no longer have Angus or ham. Not just this Arby's, but most of them have done away with these items. It's a bit disappointing. However, of the foods that they do have, it is always of the best quality and tastes great.

This location has cut their hours dramatically. The outside of the building needs love. The food is the same you would expect from any Arby's and all fast food and food in general is getting pricey. It's just sad to see these stores looking so uncared for. North Fort Myers fast food locations in general are in a poor state with the exception of a few.

Always good but they did away with the fish sandwich. Why. It was better than a resturant fish sandwich and you you got a large portion.
Closed at 8:30 on Saturday?!?!?!?! Are you serious? No signs. Response when I called was they have no clue what their hours are until they see who shows up for work. Thought it was a joke but it’s serious. Ownership responds with please call to see when they’re open. Just close the doors if you’re gonna have make shift hours and be open when you want to be. What a joke. I think communicating this with corporate is the next step. This is inexcusable. Owners are clueless when it comes to business.
