The best Customer service there. I go there every chance I get to get my two churros. Joaquin an employee there is honestly one of the best employees there, there’s more great employees there.. like I said best customer service there. There tacos are also good.There staff are always nice and funny.. they listen & make sure you get what you want, they’re also very helpful.I like hang out there while I wait for my two churros Joaquin and the rest of the night shift have conversations about our day and how work is going.They have great customer service
What’s going on on this company? You guys used to be really friendly but now give us attitude when I ask for certain items on the menu. The other day I ask for guacamole and this girl (I think she is the manager) in the morning gave me horrible attitude and put a super small amount of peppers and other things on my food. Y’all need to do better like before.
ZERO STAR WORTHY but I had to leave 1 just so I could leave a review. Total waste of time and money. I ordered ahead. Got to the restaurant and I was asked if I was there for a pickup and I said yes. I went to the bathroom and when I came back out they were JUST STARTING THE ORDER. While now making the food I noticed one of the two soft taco shells wasn't whole, it was pressed too much, was going to eventually fall apart AND that's how the employee was going to continue making them. . starting on another customer's order their soft shell wasn't whole either. So I asked the employee to remake the one soft taco shell for my order of tacos and he argued with me about remaking it because there was "nothing wrong with it". This was totally unacceptable and now I wanted my money back. Thing is, they cannot give the money back immediately. . It's a little complicated because I ordered online. So I have to wait for someone to get back to me tomorrow but it was just confirmed at the store that I would not be reimbursed today. I was offered a $15 gift card for the store for my trouble but the funny thing is, my order was over $30 so I wouldn't even receive half the amount I paid for. Poor and unsatisfactory customer service, lack of time management, and employees obviously don't give a care about their jobs, or what ever work standards they are supposed to have. When I placed my online order I was given a pickup time. From that pickup time they didn't start the order until 12mins AFTER the pickup time when I was ALREADY IN THE RESTAURANT. The way management handled the situation shows lack of customer service and professionalism and care for their customers. Careless service and lack of empathy for the inconvenience THEY caused. Too much mismanagement. Food standards should definitely be #1 and not argued over. I simply didn't want my food to fall apart when I got home to eat it. I do not recommend this location. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. I'm a military member and this cannot be civilian life! Totally unacceptable.
Great burritos, taste and prices!!! Tastes so much better than Chipolt#. Daily specials too!!
I have been to 3 or 4 3 Pepper locations. Always get great service and food. But this locations was worst service of the lot. A very impatient disinterested new employee taking the orders and starting the burrito making was not a great start. Even the fellow employee was unimpressed with his coworker. The burrito turned out good but not very hot. Just hope the staff there get better. I'll stick to my other locations in the future. They have better teams working together.
Erica, Wakim, and Alex made my first experience a blast and my burrito was delicious. The atmosphere and food were amazing. Go in and try the carnitas!Edit: came back a few days later for a quesadilla, quite the meal! I'm Cuban and it was great!
Love that they press and make the tortillas fresh!!! Everything I've tried so far has been great (burrito, quesidilla, nachos, taco). Love their carnitas and the queso.
Terrible experience. Nothing labeled. Poor explanation of options. I did not enjoy trying to understand what came with my selection or not.
Such good food and the employees working at the time we SO sweet and funny. Love the experience, we will surely be back.
I’m not a toco or Burrito fans but my daughters and my wife brings home two burritos and I completely forgot I hate tacos and burritos immediately it’s something about that loaded burrito I ate that day…… I found my new taco restaurant for life great job YALL ??
