Stopped in on memorial day and ordered a steak burrito and chicken quesadilla. Nice spot clean friendly staff food was good and I noticed that in front of me there was a EMT she had her ambulance parked outside and the staff member gave her the meal at no charge which I thought was absolutely stellar of him to do so hats off to three peppers I highly recommend it and I’m happy to support anyone that supports my community like that.
I will give you 5 stars for the manager making it right.1st order someone Made my food incorrect uber eats delivered. I had to drive down with no where to park.The male Manger today was calm and patient as I was agitated . Made my food perfectly and expressed sincere apologies. I was satisfied overall. His dimenor is what saved this from being a 1 star. Good luck sir.
First time at the downtown 3 Pepper. Food was well prepared, hot and with a warm friendly staff. Definitely closer to us so we expect to visit here more often. Had a quessadia tonight for the first time. Perfect!
Food was great, it was my first time there.Only thing that sucked the life out of the room and made my experience horrible was the staff attitude they had towards each other.Young lady kept talking back to whoever was in charge in front of all the customers and made a big scene. Very unprofessional and awkward…Don’t think I enjoyed it too much ?
The guacamole was delicious! The bowl was okay the meat is very plain no flavor I got steak. Customer service was good too
We showed up at 8, and they closed at 9. All the chairs were put away so we couldn't sit down, and not just the back chairs but all the seats in the whole restaurant. It was obvious the employees did not want to be at work based on the attitudes we received. Food was good, but the selection was limited because nothing was refilled as it was emptied, therefore limiting what we could eat. Good food but terrible service.
We've always ordered from 3P, 6-8 orders, my order/item was charged, however missing. When I called, I was told that the order was made and it was in my order package. All the bags were tied together so I could only assume the order was correct. When I asked how it would be resolved, I was told to call back because they were busy. I asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on. I called back, and then the attitude continued. Perhaps I was better off not eating food from here, while I was waiting, I noticed flies around the area where all the toppings are and flies around dirty glasses on the bar. Never again. So disappointed.
Don’t underestimate the Lil’ Hombre burrito because it can fill you up! I’ve been to this location 4 times in the last month. My first time trying 3Peppers & the Jerk Chicken, I literally returned to eat again within 24hrs later bc it was that good.Get their queso!!
I love the staff and the food! Also the location is perfect to eat outside.
My husband and I went here for dinner around 7:00 on Saturday night and he ordered a beef burrito. The white soft shell tortilla was doughy and the beef tasted like it had been sitting a while and was overpowered by too much rice. My chicken quesadilla was not cooked long enough, so I couldn’t even eat it with my hands. The queso was cold and didn’t taste right. My stomach started hurting shortly after we finished eating. Extremely disappointed because the location in the Cape is much better and we expected the same at this location. We definitely won’t be back.
