Usually love coming to 3 peppers.This location needs some work in customer service, particularly the older female manager.I ordered my food and got to pay.She asked if wanted a drink and I asked for my usual water cup. She said they were out of water cups so I could only get a fountain drink or bottled water, both of which would cost money. Instead of just offering a fountain drink cup for water.I found this extremely rude and unprofessional to deny free water. She did the same thing to the guy behind me who was even more upset. I had a bottle of water in the car but it is just unprofessional and more customer service. The taller gentleman is always professional and courteous and he should definitely be promoted beyond this rude gal.Hopefully next experience is better.
First time at this franchise and our experience more than met our expectations. Service was great as they helped with all questions and really have a great "Think Customer" mindset. The meals were customized to our wishes and were excellent tasting with quality ingredients. If you go away hungry it would be hard to believe as we had great servings. If they can sustain they should succeed at this location. If not they will be gone.
Always friendly and great staff! We visit this one over many of the other three peppers. They run a great ship here! We are here on Sunday evening 2/6/22. It’s clean and good tunes too!
First time here, got the burrito bowl with the regular (not spicy) grilled chicken with pinto and black beans. The food was fresh including the toppings (fresh salsa, jalapeños, cheese, fresh cilantro, guacamole). Sure it’s commercialized and not authentic (thing “authentic” for your typical bland American diet) but that doesn’t mean it’s bad. Good quality food and reasonably generous portion of protein for the money.Salsa was fresh. Not quite on the level of Chipotle but better than Moe’s.Will eat here again.
Service was quick and friendly, got to sit and hang out with friends for a few hours.
Randomly came across this on UberEats because I didn’t want to leave my hotel. Boy o Boy did I ever come across an amazing find. The foooood was amazing and as I was reviewing the options on UberEats, I realized they offer so much. Various types of protein, veggies, sour cream, toppings etc. I chose the Jerk Chicken and it was deeeeelish!! Be careful the spicy sour cream is just that!! Such large portions for a reasonable price!! Do yourself a favor and eat this low priced food with high quality taste and large portions!!

After my challenges with placing the order, we had a great taco lunch. Big tacos with all the toppings. Great service too. We’ll be back!
