Worse experience at that location. Made an online order only to get there and the order wasn't ready. Had to wait an whole 46 minutes on boneless wings to get cooked only to leave without getting the boneless wings. Staff was rude and unprofessional and just did like the service. Never again I will go there. Going to Midway Store in the hood for my wings. Dueces

(Unprofessional) The thirty wings I ordered was so nasty, My kids didn't like the food either ugh. I'll NEVER visit this location again. ???
I wish you could give 0 stars. Employee's have attitude problems and seem more interested in their phones then actual customers extremely rude. I ordered online and didn't even get any of the right food. Shut the store down and hire all new employees ? the ones you have are making you lose money.
This is by far the worse wing stop location, not only do they not have apple pay. The soda machines had nothing but diet stuff. Like how yall fountain soda machine that empty and yall dont refill it. Imagine getting a meal that INCLUDES a drink and ur forced to get a diet drink. The workers are sweet this review had nothing to do with the employees. Very pleasant and sweet but this location is the worse. I dont recommend this location. The employees should take their awesome customer services to somewhere its deserved.
If i could rate 0 stars i would. this is the worst wing stop ever. there are no adults working there, only teenagers who truly couldn't care less about your food. Orders are never right, and customer service is terrible. I need it to be shut down and every worker trained properly.
Store quality was just awful, over 20 flies swarming the register and front door area, waited over 40 min for a 6pcs combo fries were undercooked and the handle of the front door literally ripped off upon entry. Order was placed wrong and condiments was not even added to order and it comes with the combo. Would not recommend to anyone facility needs new management and store needs a lot of work. overall terrible experience would not return even if it was the last wingstop open.
This location is a disgrace to the company.... employees did not care at all. From cursing to being on their phones. Lobby was full of customers, waiting over 30 minutes for their order. I could imagine how long the people who were there before me were waiting. A young lady with black curly hair instead of asking properly whose order belongs to who. She'd say "You got John doe" very unprofessional. No one answer she shrubb her shoulders and put the food down. One customer was angry because she was waiting, she came in twice asking for her food and she left furious and snatched the bag the same young girl earlier told another girl with braids I guess the manager and the manager response was she didn't care. No one had on company shirts except one person. I promise that location need better management and people who actually cares and wants to represent the company.
These Wingstops in this area - this one on Broward blvd, Oakland park, & Tamarac are suspect; they have you waiting (Tamarac especially) & the food be sloppy n wrong make sure you check your food a definite must because they don't give AF in these spots just getting a paycheck ain't trying to really put out top notch food how Ross be talking bout that lemon pepper NOT!!!! The fries be soggy wings lack seasoning they be burning me bad lately. And getting worst done tried all 3 of these in my area THEY ALL SUSPECT AF.
The worst WingStop, I placed a order online on a Sunday evening (3/6/22 @ 7:20pm) went to pick up my food and they where CLOSED. There was no sign on the door indicating why they where closed at 7:45pm on a Sunday. This not my first trouble experience with this location. I don’t recommend nor will this location ever receive my service.
I love wings. I never ate there before.and i.ordered a combo with.garlic parmesan wings and fries.The fries and.winga were awesomeThe only problem i had.was.waiting too long
