I’ve been shopping here for about 2 months since I found out about the place. I’m very happy with the quality of everything they stock. Their selection is top-notch, and it feels like Christmas every time I shop here. The variety is insane for grilling options, but you will also find any other food items as well. You will find anything and everything here that you won’t find in conventional markets, even some butchers. They provide premium products to satisfy any budget, and it’s also conveniently located near the downtown Fort Lauderdale area where I live. So, to say the least, this place will be my go to for a while. The ones complaining about customer service and whatnot are the typical entitled sociopath Karens. Come check this place out for all your food needs.

So I’ve been going to this store for over a year. On my last visit I was blessed to meet Andrea. Oh my lord, she walked me through everything I bought. I was with my husband and 8 year old son. What a face for this store. So full of personality and knowledge. She’s so welcoming, she’s so knowledgeable, she’s so fun and happy. She even had pictures and videos of the products that she personally used and how to cook them because she makes them too. This woman needs a raise. I never tried hake and she told me it’s much better than cod. More tender, more juicy, a bit more flavor… so we bought it and finally made it. Wow. She didn’t lie. It is something that will be on grocery list now. It was Mother’s Day weekend and she took my son and said she’d be back in a second. She gave my son a rose to give to me. I’m guessing she bought these roses herself. We hugged, she was amazing. I can’t wait to see her again. Give that woman a raise and please, I beg you, keep her at that store. The girl she had working was super cool too. They were both very outgoing. They welcomed everyone when they walked in the door. I’ll be back this weekend and I hope to see her. (I don’t know if it matters but I spent $180 on the products.)

Shopped in or at the Federal highway location. It was awesome. It reminds me of a candy store for adults with all the different types of meats seafood and poultry.

A wide assortment of wild foods are provided. But, I was hoping for a more sustainable meat provider and I don't think that this is that option. Everything, and I mean *everything* is vacuum sealed in plastic packs, no real meat counter. Everything is frozen, nothing is fresh. I was hoping for a local, wild game option and this isn't it.

This review is "not" about the food quality. It is about poor customer service.I just had an "insane" conversation with customer service rep "Jordan" (he said "like the river") regarding my recent order. I did a "gift" order for a relative (first time order) and my credit card was charged exactly 2 times my order amount or $142.82 ($285.64). His explanation was that the order could be up to twice the weight that is shown on the website?? He said it is explained when you check out. Problem is, it does not say your order amount will be "doubled" on your credit card hold or that the weights can be up to 100% more?? Also, the desserts that I ordered were "fixed" prices and those were also doubled on your credit card hold charge??I have ordered for years from Omaha Steak and Kansas City Steak and they also say "approximate" weights, but the charge per item is "fixed". Had I known that my gift value could be "double" what was ordered, I would not have order from this company! Very frustrating and "Jordan" did a very poor job in explaining the process. After getting no where with "Jordan" I asked to speak to his supervisor and his answer was "he was the supervisor and there was no one else to talk to"!!! Terrible customer service!!!Kenneth P. Been a loyal customer for a year now, never had a problem until 3 weeks ago when my order was cancelled en route with no explanation as to why. No refund. Can't get through to a customer service agent after waiting on hold for over an hour. Sent two separate emails requesting assistance, no response. I feel ghosted. Would love to give 5 stars but this is not customer service. UPDATE: 2/4/2022- still can't get through to anybody on the 800 number, nor will anyone call me back.

I love their meats and seafoods, but the Wild Fork experience was totally lacking this visit. I love shopping at Wild Fork because of the personalization of the shopping experience. This time however, nothing, I mean nothing at all. As I walked in there was a lack luster greeting of, "hey' and that was it. Then as I was looking in the meat showcase, a staff member kept asking me to move so he could restock. He put 1 package of chicken in that case and proceeded to follow me around the store, not saying anything, just toting that same box around following me. I have to say, I won't go back to that particular store. Luckily there are other Wild Fork stores I can shop at. The one on Federal highway has gotten its last dollar from me.

Very nice frozen meat store. Very wide selection of meats packaged nicely. Some frozen vegetables and desserts are available too.

First time here,and I was VERY impressed.They gave everything, from $$$ to affordable.But all look very good quality.Also it was very clean and well stocked. Will definitely come again.

I placed an order and was up charged like 80 more dollars. The excuse was to accommodate for the amount that will be shipped. The site shows price per pound and the weight received. If they can't get close to the weight they state on their site when they ship then they should not be in business. Don't get my wrong I understand being charged a little more to accommodate but 80 bucks
