Beware!!!! This Wendy's will steal your credit card information!!!! I went through the drive thru and placed my order which surprisingly took almost 30-45 mins for me to get to the order box to the window which is strange. I only order 2 - $4 for 4 and a small frosty??? Then as I'm paying I give the girl my card and she went to the back of the store and ran my card for $5.98 and then came back to run my card for my original order! I asked her about it and then she immediately got frantic and said oh I'll give you cash and I told her no I want my card refunded! I then asked for a manager no manager showed up she just gave me my food and my cash and said that's your refund!! Why was I charged for that in the first place??? I tried to call corporate no response, I tried to place the complaint online error! So I am on here to warn people if you want Wendy's only pay cash and catch your order also because they charged me for things I didn't even order! So please be very careful! I will be on every social media account and also warn people about this store!
Today I went to this particular location on my lunch break , for some reason this restaurant has always been a hit or miss but unfortunately for me they “MISS”more than anything . As I ordered my food I made the attendant aware that the last time I was there my food was Luke warm and my fries were hard from being over cooked .. As I expressed to make my order fresh and that I’m willing to wait . Low and behold I as I pay for my order I’ve made a habit to feel the temperature of my food before driving off … As soon as I make to work to dig in while biting through my chicken nuggets 6 out of 10 nuggets are “HARD” . I’m not the writing a negative review type but once I begin to total up how much money I’ve lost on this location to be disappointed more than I’m satisfied my twitter fingers begin to tingle . This location is so worried about the timer more than the quality of food there providing . I called the location only for the manager to say “I don’t know what to tell you “ . I pray a higher up or a General Manager sees this message and take the necessary steps to help assist this location in providing better food .As you can see on the pic below all nuggets that are on the napkin are hard and can’t be eaten this is out of a 10 piece smh .
This place is literally trash. The website says that they close at 2 & I’m in this long line, finally got to the window for them to tell me they are close. Mind you I was waiting on the line since 12:50 and they claim they close at 1. I do not recommend this place.
One too many errors, ordered at the pickup specifically asked for no meat, got something in it. Next day ordered at the counter (being cautious), Taco Salad. Got only salad, Taco was missing :D. Not too crowded inside as most of the customers go for drive pickup.
Great service and fast drive thru never disappointed in this location.
Close to 30 minutes in the drive- thru line. The person at the window, stated they were under staffed? We also received the wrong order. My brother had to go into the restaurant to get his correct sandwich.
Horrible service! Went through the drive through and it took 45 mins from start to finish. The straff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They were arguing with customers through the drive through window that were walking up and couldn't get in because they locked the doors at 6pm
Gas is crazy expensive these nuts keep the door locked to make sure we waste maximum gas waiting for hours for these slow pokes on drive thru. Thx. Used to be my favorite for quick drive thru, what the H happened? Crawling to no movement.
came on Sunday May 15th around 750pm Worst service here..No manners No salutations. Just Go ahead with your order (with an attitude) They don't tell you the total when finished. I know it's fast food and you shouldn't expect much. but still the hiring practice here needs adjusting. Lady with a heavy accent and attitude to match. ZERO STARS
Yesterday 4-9-2021 at about 4.30 I pulled in to the drive through, I placed my order and waited for about 10 minutes at the closed window. I noticed that the crew made up of teen agers had no intention of working because it was all about them having a good time. I wonder what happened? This is not the first time I visit the restaurant. In the past the place was very clean and the service was very good. The island older lady made sure everything was running excellent. I don't know who or what is going on but the last few times I have been very disappointed. I hope everything is well. So my advise to all is if you want a good burger keep on driving.
