Not open till 1. Employees ignoring drive through at 11:30. The manager should do random checks. Facility losing money due to disrespectful employees.
An employee's brother cut in line at the drive through to get free food. He said his sister was inside and was waiting for him. When we got to the window the manager try to say it was a mobile order. When we told him the guy that cut us off already said he was getting food from his sister, he didn't know what to say except "Sorry bout dat!". ?
Placed a mobile order and twenty minutes later, after waiting in the parking lot, I went inside and they said they didn't have it. After a few more minutes the worker said, "oh here it is. It had your initials instead of your name." That's the excuse? No employee was attentive and they just looked at me and looked away. I watched them interact with other customers, and never said thank you or your welcome. They just weren't friendly at all. I received no sorry for the huge delay. I should point out that there was a line in the drive-through when I arrived, but it was empty, inside and out when I went inside. The only positive is that the order was correct and it tasted good. Not enough of a reason to return.
We are a party of 9, seven of which are kids. The lady at the cashier doesn’t seem to enjoy her job. She has the worst attitude ever.Please make sure your team is properly trained.
They always are ready to assist, this location is convenient. I've not had any issues as of yet. I just come for the Melo, strawberry or mango pineapple drink it taste sooooo good
Flies flies flies. What ever job one has if you don’t like it find some where else to work. Good customer service goes a long way. Flies were insides cookie case on the cookies .☹️?. Restaurant needs to be cleaned. Staff needs to be retrained.
Haven't been to a Wendy's in over 10 years prior to tonight. Won't need to go back for the rest of my life. It's sad because the brand means well, just doesn't even come close to delivering seemingly tasty food.
Ordered taco salad. Given no chili, no chips and no salad dressing for avocado salad. Also gave fries instead of apple slices and missed another fry order.
Watch your food when it comes out. They gave my food to someone else and they Took an item out of the bag and returned it to the register. They then handed that bag to me. When I said something about it she gave me a hard time about it. I threw my food out and will be contacting corporate. Isn’t that a health dept violation?
indoor line long. using one year later the excuse that the coin shortage is the reason they dont have change . they should not give onlyvattention to the drive thru but also to the regular customers
