It was well after midnight when I arrived Fort Lauderdale, FL. I didn’t get a chance to eat earlier in Houston and I was famished. As I was heading to a hotel, I noticed nothing was open and a Wendy’s popped up on the route. Well, a sandwich would hold me until the AM, so I ordered a Wendy’s Double with bacon. Once again, I got the wrong sandwich, but at least this time I got something I do enjoy … jalapeños. Not bad for a night snack. I do have to mention that the so-called Fast food, wasn’t so fast … it took forever! I’m passing this Wendy’s up next time I’m in town.
The staff was joking with us everyone was I'm a good mood and.smiling. food was perfect. Only thing that is a neg is the fact that how.long it takes to actually get through the line. But overall it was good experience.
Someone needs to hire a manager to run this restaurant.The people actually doing the work are nice and friendly, but not one person is moving with any sort of a sense of urgency, at all, and it's absolute insanity.They're taking one order at the counter at a time, filling that order, then taking the next order. As a result, the drive through line was around the building and the counter-order took almost 20 minutes to get food.0/10 would not recommend.
They take way too long. Long to take your order, long to take your payment and long to give you your food. They are always under staffed and the manager plays 3 roles, almost like she's working by herself. Food comes out hot and fresh though.
I’m not one to complain or take time out of my day to write a review, however this location is the worst fast food establishment I have ever been to. I work nearby and walk to get food from time to time and most of the time they have the doors locked and only serve the drive through. Yet there’s people that don’t work there hanging out. One time it was an employee’s boyfriend another some kids but the public can’t order. Now I’m walking distance and driving takes longer than walking so that’s upsetting. On top of that they have run out of biscuits on one occasion eggs on another and have messed my order up several times. It’s always a bad experience when I come to this location and I just felt the need to let management and Wendy’s know.
They are just so slow here. Got to the order spot waited 5mins just to order. Asked for #8 with no bacon jam add ketchup. I get #8 with bacon jam no ketchup and cold fries. If I was on the highway by the time I noticed I would have brought it back. Sucks when you spend $12 on a meal just for them to mess it up and you end up throwing it away because you don’t like the taste of bacon jam. Thanks for wasting my money have a nice day!
This place is horrible especially late night. I waited 10 minutes just a place an order to come around the corner and find out i'm waiting another 15 minutes just to pay. Then when I get to the window I wait another seven minutes just to get my food. And then when i get my food i ask for a spicy chicken sandwich combo no tomato they give me one with the latest tomato onions and cheese sauce. this place is horrible
Not clean and very very slow service.
I think this is my last time going to this Wendy's. I ordered a Dave's single and a $5 biggie bag. The Dave's was edible but the fries and the chicken tenders were warm and stale. The junior bacon cheeseburger bun was hard so I took it off and I only ate it with the top part of the bun which was softer. I could see the crew through the window and it seemed like they were working hard, but the fact that they didn't cook my food fresh is not procedure. It was a Friday night and I waited in the Drive-Thru line at least 15 minutes before I even got to the speaker. It seems they pre cook so much food and just tossed it in the bags. This is not the first time I've had an issue at this location.
The worst Wendy’s experience ever …Waited literally 8 mins to be acknowledged that we were in the establishment.In the dining area there was a gentleman sitting in the corner ,,While eating in the dining area RED ANTS BEGAN TO CRAWL UP THE CHAIRS TO THE TABLE .. !Never again ! this location is the worse !
