Friendly staff but Very slow service. My chicken sandwich was served hot. Too bad it took 20 minutes to get. And the store was Not busy. Fancy coke machine out of All Coke products. ALL!
God awful. The workers there are aight, but the big bald headed manager is disrespectful and apathetic at best. Dining room closes at 10pm, I arrive 1hr30 min before to find the doors locked but view an older woman ordering from the counter and receiving her food. When going to leave he proceeds to let her out, mumble incoherently about we don't have things despite not hearing my order and turn his back and walk away before I could even respond. Luckily a friend drove by and I managed to get a ride through the drive thru where they did in fact have the "things" I wanted. I didn't think Wendy's would employ such a lazy class act for a leadership role. Probably explains the wrap around car line and poor service.
I think they can be a lot quicker during lunch break rushes.. it took me 20 mins to get my food during my lunch break from the process of making my order to me receiving my order..i was in drive-thru!
This place needs help. Service is so slow and when you speak with anyone there it seems like they hate their life. Try some enthusiasm guys. Give it a try. It might make your day better. The inside usually is always locked and when i did go in there one time it smelled like a restroom and was hot. Fix your AC Wendy's. Food is ok here I guess. will not be going back though.
At least 1 item is always cold or looks like a science project. Wendy's like all fast food joints these days is overly expensive with low quality food items.
Food is always the way I ordered. Sterling is super sweet & patient. He has been there for many years. I always see him when I go. Very pleasant man.
By far the worst wendys experience ive ever had. Fish was legitimately burnt. I feel they didnt give me the receipt for that reason.Do not go here.
I normally have no issues with fast food places, but this food was disgusting. Chicken tasted like cardboard and was thin as the soda lid. Plus they were rude. I feel like I was ripped off. They can clean the nasty mess up since I paid for nasty food.
I have never went to a more cleaner Wendy's such as this one. The staff is phenomenal and always greets you with a smile. I thought for a second I was at Chick-fil-A. My office just moved location so I was searching the area for a quick lunch. This is my 4th time going and still the same quick service. The manager's name is Tashane and he welcomed me to the area. The customer service poured out immediately. I truly recommend this venue for the service and taste all around. Good job
Order was wrong for the 2 of us. I think they ask what you want to eat but as your speaking to them they go into auto mode trying to anticipate what your going to order and ring you up for an almost correct order but not how you ask for it. I then went to have the order corrected and the 2 hamburgers that were remade were given to me cold. Very sad I have visited this location many many time both drive through and dine in but I don't think I will visit again. Which is ashame becuase there isn't many Wendy's location in the fort Lauderdale area... Dave Thomas would be very very displeased that this low quality restaurant is in his HOME Town
