The bathroom ? was very Clean. However, the lines was all very long as usual. I haven't shop at Wal-Mart in 2 years. I needed some personal hygiene stuff that Family Dollar doesn't have right now. ??♀️
The employees were very polite, courtesy, friendly and respectful. I'll recommend my family, friends and coworkers to visit your store.
Chase and PayPal card not working at checkout, had to use atm to pay in cash, anyone else having this problem?
The best Walmart to go is neighborhood on the corner of Pine Island Rd. and McNabb. You walk in out mostly
Store was understaffed and tore up. Grocery area also in disarray. Produce was fair at best. Mandarin oranges were in bad shape. Check out lines were very long. Cashier however was very friendly and efficient. Grocery bags filled properly. Customer service closes about 3 hours before store closes. Reps were surly. Manager did help my friend with his return about 5 minutes after department closed. I'm not a big fan of Walmart. While there were a few bright spots, I don't anticipate returning any time soon

Do not do curbside or even in-store pickup at this store! Though the store inside is maintained well enough, their pickup process is a disaster. The check-in doesn't work, the staff inside just sends you outside, and the 20 pickup spots outside are always full.When you call to let them know you're there, you just get voicemail. When you go inside, they just sort of shrug at you. Usually, you'll end up waiting outside 30+ minutes no matter how early to try checking in and at that point, you're much better off just running inside to grab whatever you're looking for.
On phone for 1 hour, 6 times for 10 min each until auto disco. try to make sure they got my tire order. Never answer. Go to my appointment next day, they can not find my tires. Next, they find them but refuse to install because of micro difference in size. Next order I try the "pick up" option. Took them 45 min to get to me, only 6 cars in lot... Slow as f^*k. I will not use this Store or these programs.
I appreciate this Walmart in Miami Gardens Location Honors their Prices! Manager was very polite , calm, an had great customer service! I will definitely come back to shop here!
Well stock...you can find anything you need at this location. But the electronic department people needs ? to be better when it comes to customer service. Sell me something I'm not looking around for no reason...but to purchase. Grab my attention come on..the products are not gonna sell themselves. If the products could've done that trust me when I was looking to purchase my 55' TV ? along with all my other home goods that I was getting forget those workers. Poor service ?
