My new favorite lunch spot! I live and work in the area and thought I’d try something new. I’m soo happy i did. Yummy, healthy, tasty food. I’ll definitely be back.
My family members order food and I got my smoothie after everyone was done eating while we order at the same time. A 25 minute wait for a smoothie is ridiculous specially when the line workers are just hanging out. Not coming back again.
Some of you are very brave for getting raw tuna here. The food was not fresh when we came for the first time. Looked like it had been sitting out for hours untouched. The chipotle Mac and cheese had no flavor, literally tasted like water. Chicken was dry. Veggie chicken strips looked like they were from a frozen kids meal. Seating area was very dirty. I wanted to like this place because i live across the street, but I don’t think I’ll be back.
It's just delicious. Their food is tasty ?. There are different options to mixed. The rice with pesto was my favorite. It's nice those kind the places with gluten free and vegan options. The impossible sausage was yummy but a minimal portion.?
Was in town scouting a possible relocation to the area and stumbled upon Vale. Being a vegan means being a little more particular about where to spend your money so you're not only left with a beyond burger/fries. As soon as I stepped in there, the staff greeted me and offered many suggestions for vegan options. I returned throughout the weekend and I'm happy to say that I will be in the area soon and can't wait to visit regularly. Can't speak to non-vegan options; however, if you want to go somewhere with great vegetarian/vegan choices, this is an excellent spot!
I really don't see what the big deal is. I was excited to try this place, being there is no Bolay in the area. I am not going to bash the food, but it has nothing on Bolay. I paid over 20$ for a very small portion and it was not great. It was bland, the chicken tasted funny as it was sitting in water for a long period. I though that it was just me, but my co worker tasted it and threw it in the garbage, and what's up with that kale, no flavor? Very unexciting dish. I gave you two stars because it's very nice on the inside.
Came across this restaurant after looking for healthy restaurants in Fort Lauderdale with an indoor/outdoor area to work from. The first thing I really loved about this establishment was the indoor layout. It's very open and vibrant, creating an environment that is conducive towards young professionals looking to eat while also getting work done - I think I speak for everyone when I say that working from home isn't my cup of tea. In comparison to working out of coffee shops (which I have been doing), I noticed my productivity increase 10 fold. Green facilitates heightened mental awareness. Maybe "Vale Coworking Space" is in the near future? Now, lets talk about the food. With a wide array of selections to choose from, there is an option for every palette. The food is fresh, flavorful and portioned generously for the price you pay for high quality food. Now finally, lets talk service. The employees at this establishment are incredibly kind and hospitable. They are attentive to your needs and offer amazing suggestions if you're like me and get intimidated when you see a menu. The quality of an establishment is dictated by the happiness of their employees and this team is dedicated to bringing customers the best service possible. If you're in Fort Lauderdale and looking for a delicious healthy bite, this is the place to go.
Great place. A lot of vitality of food you can get. Yummy.- suggestion - to have gluten free bread available.Great inside and outside seating. Prices are reasonable.
My vegan friend was crashing over. She found this and loved it had an option for both of us.Amazing portion for the price. Def coming back here for lunch again.
My favorite place in town! I eat here 3-5 times a week and love it. Cleanest, healthiest, most delicious food in Fort Lauderdale. If you’re into health and fitness, this is the place to go.
