Friday, July 1, 2022 I ordered a Bahama mama and a sandwich through the tropical smoothie app first and foremost I never had a problem ordering anything through that app until that Friday the Bahama mama did not taste like a Bahama mama and they forgot my sandwich so I called and spoke to the manager on duty she said she would send a sandwich out back through GrubHub I said kool no problem So I tasted my Bahama mama it was horrible I drunk about 15% of it hoping that it would probably taste different if I mixed it. I do not wanna to go through the hassle Of paying for something that should’ve been right the first time. So this is where it gets interesting I took the time out to go to the store I spoke to the manager and told her I was the one that called earlier about the missing sandwich and plus my smoothie does not taste like a Bahama mama she took a look at the drink and said that she was going to charge me for a whole new drink I was like why I’m bringing you back the drink So I was like are we gonna argue about how much drink is missing. I clearly drunk 15% and the rest milked it…. I could not believe that we were going back-and-forth about how much drink was missing I was like fine I’ll pay for it never again terrible customer service
My family loves the food here. My favorite is the buffalo chicken wrap and island green smoothie.Definitely recommend this spot for all.
Never gets my name right. I don’t even think it’s a name and I spell it out for them. I order my sandwich and I have to wait an extra 15 min when I’m the only one in the store waiting for there order. You ask for help they look the other way and roll there eyes. If your in a rush don’t come here. I know the owner wants good reviews but this is horrible service
I really thought I should leave this review because I wanted to make a point about customer service. I went for my usual smoothie, waited longer than necessary, folks came in after me and were served before me. They ordered at the counter, just like I did. Long story short, when this happens, all the worker has to do is say, "I'm sorry", these two words makes a big difference. What this worker did for me by not giving good service, was really a big favor. From now on I will make my own smoothie, I went and bought all the ingredients, including the protein. SO, be careful, how you treat customers, you can cause a business to loose good customers, plus I have a lot of friends who frequent TSC. Be nice.
Today was a bad experience at Tropical Smoothie I ordered a Bahama mama smoothie over the phone. Truth be told when I got there it was very watery. So I ask the manager of the shift if she can please remake my smoothie said due to it being 10 mins she can not remake it. So I politely ask for a refund. She refuses and said she do not have access to do a refund, she will have to tell the manager for tomorrow shift to do it ??♀️ really. Very poor customer service. I have manager experience and I would handle the situation a whole lot better especially handling the situation with a better decision. Thank You for your service I have been coming to this location for some years
Love going to this tropical smoothie, cleanliness of the store is always on point and so is employees customer service. I always come right after a great work out and get a detox island green along with my chicken pesto. If you in the area seriously stop by you won’t regret it.
most people seem to only give bad reviews. i don’t want to be that person. new to the area. and i find this to be one of the cleaner restaurants over here. clean facility only 2 workers quick service great taste. the Chicken caprese panini! give it a shot
Great smoothies. Staff is eh. I ordered a strawberry ? straw for $1. They forgot it with my order. When I came back and told them they said I should’ve told them then. It was a pick up order - sorry I expected for my order to be in the pick up bag with rest of my order on the pick-up self.I asked for one the day after with my next order, since they forgot last time. They still charged me a dollar. C’mon man. Not cool.

This place is a joke. RUDE employees. If you don’t like your job, quit! Don’t take it out on customers. I do not recommend
