Food was great customer service could be a little better just as we was done someone came to see how everything was 5stars cause food was very fresh restaurant was clean
Thankfully not our first time at a TF or it may have been the last. Ordered chips and queso and all the chips were broken. Asked if we could get some non broken ones, the girl gave us major attitude, kept saying they're made fresh daily (not the point). Brought out whole chips, but they were literally covered in salt! Got our food and it was average at best and cold. I had the flautas and they were over cooked. Only person who didn't complain got a steak bowl, so I guess your safe with that. Don't know if it was just an off night or if this is the norm .
Don’t know why this place was so empty on a stairway afternoon!! Margarita was great- food was fast and tasty - and the servers were so nice and happy!!! Go there!! Enjoy!!!!
Love this place so much. Quick Mexican food with an entire hot sauce bar what more could you want?
Food isn't bad at this location and the service is actually pretty good compared to some other locations, but was a bit disappointed in the fact that I ordered a side of three flour tortillas and only got one. When you have two tacos, it kind of offsets the balance of the meal, but other than that, this would have been four or five stars.
The food is delicious I love the quesadillas from here they also offer a low-fat Tortuga bowl which I recommend if dieting I loved everything they have. It's delicious!
Service lady was great. Quesadilla was tiny and about half the size as the last time I visited this location. Employee stated they are always the same size....and I saw a cockroach crawl across the dining room, so I won't be back.
I had the opportunity of meeting Stephanie one of the managers And she showed me nothing but 1st class service! 5 stars all the way! Definitely coming back... ??
DONT EAT HERE. They have roaches at the hot bar so imagine what the kitchen looks like.
My food was ready and sitting there while the blonde at the front drank he coffee and laughed it up with kitchen staff. They were busy turning out tons of food for to go orders. There was only 3 customers...
