It’s a good thing I was starving, the line was 20 deep, the young woman working needs not to work for this company. The young man was great I was in line 20 minutes, I am sure someone really needs this job.
Honestly one of the products and service I’ve had in a long time. Came out to $4.22 and they don’t even put the cream cheese on for you. Waited there for over 5 mins with no one insight. Would give 0/5 if possible
AVOID this place unless you want to donate money to the airport. The food and service at this place is horrendous.
Very dirty. Staff coughing and not washing hands. Handling money, then food. Ewww.
The tomazzo bagel was sooo good! You have to try it. Excellent!
Rude and obnoxious staff.. lacks sales skills.. not worth minimum wage..
Airport website says they open at 0600 so past 0700 we went to get something. The girl was like "not open, opens around 0730. And we don't do breakfast sandwiches we only have bagels"..I don't know why the sign right behind her lists breakfast sandwiches then...
On September 29th 2019 approximately 11 AM I was at the airport waiting for my flight. I ordered some bagels and coffees. Something was wrong with the coffee. When I approached those ladies that was working that day to check the coffee she was like "if you want strong coffee go to Starbucks. Worst experienced ever. At the end they give me back the money for the coffee .
The kiosk is understaffed and under resourced. There is only one oven and it is a small, slow oven. The oven can only heat two bagels at a time and it takes at least one minute to heat a bagel. There was only one person cooking at 10:30 am. It took 20 minutes to receive a bacon sunrise sandwich and a bagel. The sandwich was ICE cold in the center, which I am sure violates health regulations. Go someplace else.
Wish I could give them a score of "0." I just paid $10 for a Ham and Swiss Panini that had 1 piece of Swiss and 1 1/2 pieces of Ham. It was pre made of course, pre made was not a big deal. But, the only reason it had the 1/2 piece of ham, was to try and cover the bread. I threw it in the trash. Hopefully people read this, share it and put them out of business.
