When you want a consistent amazing meal and experience, Capital Grille gets it right 99.99% of the time!My wife and I had dinner last night. Amber was our server and she was amazing. The rest of the staff and management team were friendly and created a wonderful space and experience for us.We enjoyed the Stoli Dolis, shellfish platter, silver oak cabernet, porcini ribeye, lamb chops, cream corn and roasted mushrooms. Everything was perfect!

Overall excellent service and experience
My wife and I are Capital Grille experts. Weâve eaten at 5 or 6 locations. The Fort Lauderdale location is probably our 2nd favorite spot. The hostess team was very nice and welcoming coming in the door. Our serve Amber was personable and knowledgeable. She made some great recommendations and executed flawlessly. Ben can over an introduced himself. He seems like a great Managing Partner and CG is lucky to have him. We started off with some Stoli Dolis. We ordered the shellfish platter. The oysters were fresh and briny. The shrimp cocktail and lobster was cooked perfectly. We ordered the Porcini Ribeye and the Lamb Chops. Both entrees were exceptional and cooked to absolute perfection. The flavor was incredible. We also enjoyed the mushrooms and cream corn. Lastly we were surprised with a small desert with flower less chocolate cake and their Italian style cheesecake. It was the perfect ending to a perfect dining experience! Great job!

They have my favourite steak on the planet. The Porcini rubbed bone in rib eye with 12 year aged balsamic vinegar. Great every time.
