Been coming here since they started, always good, however today I came here @ 7:15 because online it says 7:30 & on the menu on the door also. However 7:51 not open yet. Have not been here in 6 months because I was out of town, very disappointing! No hard to change online or leave a message on the phone where there is none. Maybe change the menu time on the door to. Just saying!
I Went today Jan 28/2022 7:54 AM And it was closed and the published schedule indicates that on Fridays they open 7:30 AM they should change it so that their clients do not waste time trusting the published schedule
This is the most informal and worst customer service place I have found stay away from here . The website says that they open at 7:30 the lady at the window told me they were going to open soon I’m still here it’s 830 and nothing yet they don’t even tell you what time they gonna open it says one thing on the website and a whole different thing when your here. I would give them -⭐️.
The best Pandebonos and bakery in the area. Lunch is first grab first serve, for they go out quickly. Do to the supply and demand of lunch special at 12pm until 2pm. So get your lunch early if you don't want to be left out. I learn my lesson.
You never will feel welcomed in this place. Food it’s amazing but the customer service needs to improve a lot. The only people who treat you good it’s sometimes the woman owner or the servers, they are such a sweet heart.
Coffee tastes just like my grandma used to make it. She passed away a few years ago and I was so surprised when I took my first sip. Thank you! Also great food too.
Food quality depends on when you go. During lunch time everything is fresh and delicious! First thing in the morning quality is lower, cold pastries and breads, dry.

Long wait times and cranky and rude managers who don't care about the customer experience, ignore them and don't appreciate. There are many other good places near to eat delicious and invest your money and time.
Same place with horrible people working for them... They never greet, they're always in a bad mood and asking them a question is never welcomed.... I live far north from this place and stopped coming for this reason years ago... Passed by today amd hasn't changed one bit
