I wish there were an option to leave zero stars. This location is over priced and filthy. The customer service is beyond terrible. I stopped by this location while on the beach. Went to grab my pick-up order from the employee behind the counter and she yelled at me before snatching my bag from me. My name was clearly on the bag. Angrily she asked what my name was, I confirmed it was my order, she rolled her eyes and handed the bag to me. I've never felt more embarrassed inside of a Taco Bell. It makes more sense to visit the many other dining areas on the beach. Avoid this place at all costs.
No wonder they were empty. I wanted this to be a cool experience but it wasn't. $10 for a small slushy infused with cheap plastic bottle alcohol that gives you a headache halfway through the drink. The food prices are over double what you pay anywhere else. This could be such a cool novelty for Taco Bell fans and a regular for beach goers but it's not.
Worst Taco Bell experience ever! Customer service is everything…customer service at this location was horrible. No smiles (not even fake smiles), no enthusiasm (not even fake enthusiasm). I’m a little biased because the Mexican Pizza wasn’t available but still on the kiosk that you must use to order. I waited anxiously for the Mexican Pizza that I remember because once TB started making it, that’s all I ordered. Obviously, they didn’t talk to me before they stopped serving the item. That aside, the two crew members that I encountered obviously didn’t want to work today. Their vibe gave so much negative energy and #iwanttobesomewhereelse and#whyamihere. I can usually find a slither of positivity in a dining experience. Well, on this visit, the only positive thing was who I dined with.Do better, even if you’re having a bad day because your customers didn’t wake up with you and aren’t part of your problem.
This place is one of a kind. It has a beautiful view and they sell alcoholic drinks. They also have a liquor store on the same property across from the beach. Love this beach!!!
Best taco bell ever! Sells beer, (some) liquor, and frozen cocktails! Plus all your regular favorites. Amazing beach views! They also sell towels n shirts!
Do not order here. Absolute disgrace to the company. Let people continue to order food without letting customers know there was a 2 hour wait for food.Taco Bell corporate needs to get a hold on this location or shut it down.It's bad enough to turn people away from your business perpetually.Lost $70, after waiting over 90 minutes.Cussed out and told no one on site was authorized to issue a refund.

I personally love taco bell so for me this was a great experience! Having crunchy tacos with an ocean view was definitely awesome. Went there on Monday so there was absolutely no wait. They have spiked slushies and the look delicious. I would definitely go back. It's just a cool place to visit if you love taco bell.
I ordered Doritos supreme tacos and received this. For $17 it is worth it? ???? The guy who made me the tacos was without a mask with a bad attitude making me food with a bad, bad, VERY BAD ATTITUDE. He threw my bag on the corner of the table that the food is collected without me knowing if it was my order, far from my reach and he just left without saying anything. (I can understand. It can be tiring and stressful, work in fast food but I don't expect a smile, just don't act crazy about the food I'm paying for.) One girl of the staff eating in the work area. The only nice and friendly person was the cashier named Olnick J. expensive for the location, poor quality of the food and BAD customer services. My visit was 02/05/2022 time 7:50 p.m.
This is probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I ordered Nachos and Cinnamon Delights and was in here for about 30 minutes while there was NO LINE. It seemed as if only two people were working. One was making food & one was just standing at the register doing nothing. Really dissatisfied and disappointed because I love Taco Bell
