Your own website accepts deliveries past your closing time. Your own ordering system accepted the payment and tip for driver and even gave us an estimated time of delivery between 10:50 and 11:00PM.How is that possible if you close at 9? Thanks to your google and apple maps listings for saying you’re open until 1, which is made worse by your own website that accepts delivery orders, accepts payments, AND gives you an estimated delivery time, all after youre really closed and no one to pick up the phones.Beyond terrible service and I never even spoke to anyone. The BARE minimum you can do running a restaurant is update your hours on your own website, now your wasting potential customers time and money.Im pretty convinced that the good reviews are fake after reading more of the bad onesShame on you Ivan for allowing this exact same issue to happen to me that customers have been complaining about for over three years. I shouldve looked at the reviews before hand but I guess I put too much trust in a sushi restaurant.
I never care enough to give bad reviews but I drove 25 mins to get here around 11pm (Google maps and website says the place it's open until 1am) only to find out the restaurant is closed and it's inside flippos (an indoor playground for kids) I'm honestly giving a one star review because businesses should care enough to give relevant information about their working hours so people don't waste their time trying to get food from a place that's closed. Do better.
The sushi I had here today tasted good. I will say it’s pricy but for being at a kids indoor playground this is a brilliant concept for parents and guardians who wish to eat something tasty and skip out on the traditional kid menu options like chicken, pizza, hot dogs and French fries although yes they do have that too! I was pleased with my sushi today and I’m picky with sushi!
Their delivery system is atrocious their never available to speak on the phone had to cancel orders from them 4 times already their was a huge cockroach in my food when it did get here INSANE

I ordered online through chownow and it was a bit late but David was very kind to me on the phone and the food is absolutely wonderful I’m extremely happy and I will be ordering again! Wonderful service and wonderful delicious food delivered straight to my door! I’m extremely grateful ❤️

I ordered at 7:45. My order was suppused to arrive at 9:00 the app said waiting time 80 min it arrived at 9:50pm 50 min extra late!!!! What???? !!The food is not like the picture specially the yummy salad! Wakame was OLD! Also over pricedNever again!
This is what you get for 17 bucks. Shameful and infuriating. It tasted ok but that price for 3oz is OFFENSIVE. I'm legitimately upset. Do not eat here.
