There’s a reason why I’ve been visiting Sushi One since 1998…the sushi is AMAZING and the prices are incredibly reasonable!! It’s a family owned business and they are passionate about their product. My faves are: shrimp tempura roll, JB roll, new times roll, tuna roll and cucumber roll. A place to visit the next time you’re in the Ft. Lauderdale area! Since COVID there are no inside tables, only 2 tables outside. Parking can be challenging. Peak times will have a line! Best to call in your order and pick up!! Enjoy!!
I moved away years ago and I was fortunate to be around the area. The prices haven't changed in 10 years and the staff is always friendly. The food quality is still superb and I always eat myself unconscious because of this. They survived COVID for good reasons. If you love sushi you have to go here.
Hidden gem. Cheap and fast. This is the way sushi should be. Maybe that’s an unpopular opinion but it’s mine. There’s obviously a time and place for fancy $200 sushi dinners but honestly I would take a place like this over that any day. Fresh ingredients with well made rolls and nigiri. We got our food and ate in my car but there were a couple tables outside so that’s an option too (keep in mind this place is take-out only). Lots of people inside so you know this place is poppin, and for good reason. Places like this remind me why I enjoy searching for good food. Absolutely recommend.
Yummy tasty shushi ? . Fish was fresh and they had really fun rolls!
ordered from uber eats, it was excellent, fresh, and absolutely delicious. What made me super happy was that they were able to substitute the tuna bento box with sushi rice with salmon(which i requested) even though they only had the option for tuna on the app. I really appreciate it and that makes customer service go over the top! Great place!
Sushi is always delicious and the prices are great. We usually go with the combinations as you can get a mix of 4 different rolls. The cucumber roll is a must try very simple but delicious. Staff is always friendly and we never have to wait long. Definitely a great find. Their actually following covid protocols still, which is always a relief.

The best take-out sushi you will find in Fort Lauderdale. Very cheap and very fresh and always busy so order ahead. The new times roll is amazing
Good food at a good price, especially for a Japanese restaurant! It's very small inside and there weren't any tables or anything like that. I had a small conversation with 2 workers and both came from Japan so that was nice to know. Some stores/restaurants claim they're authentic, but no workers are from said-place, but that's thankfully not the case here.
