Very poor customer service skills the manager especially! Doesn’t get anything right kept complaining and sucking her teeth.. Second and last visit
I love that it's 24 hours, I wish more location were the same or at least open late to give a healthier option to fast food. I did an online pick up order and it was made and ready for me! The drink was missing but given to me when asked. The cookies were hard which kind of sucked
Ordered a delivery about 10pm. They forgot my cookie and forgot to put the avocado I ordered on my sandwich. If I’m going to pay extra for sides I expect them to be there.
I used the drive thru the wait wasn't bad. My order was fresh and they didn't miss any ingredients. I was a little surprised that they didn't have the sub to salad option though. Overall good experience.
Not good. Went in drive through , dude toasted my sub. The lettuce mayo , tomatoes, pickles everything was worm.
They need to do something about saying its 24hrs but not serving people after hours, some people work at these times or are just getting off. Not cool. Put a 24hr Jimmy John's there or something
Normally, pretty great. Rodney is pretty great, Tt used to be absolutely amazing when she was there. Sunday after midnight had my worst experience at this location ever, and I've been coming here for years. Both of the employees working were new (I know cause of how often I come) and we're completely disrespectful and rude. If you don't enjoy your job, please get a new one. They honestly should both be fired immediately. Additionally, I'm unsure if the owners are aware drive thru orders are being denied and only pick up is allowed. I didn't have time to wait as many don't, so sales will definitely suffer if this continues. I'll still be back, but as somebody who wants this location to succeed, I hope this is read and heard.
When I came to this restaurant in October of 2021, I was spoken to in a curt and abrupt manner by a manager named Terrell. When I asked we could work together to speak more calmly, he proceeded to become more and more aggressive in his demeanor, eventually leading to the point where he even said that I "picked the wrong person". When I asked to speak to his manager, Cat, he informed me that she did not want to talk to me.Considering that this situation unnecessarily escalated out of proportion, I called the Subway corporate office, where I was told that corporate headquarters of Subway does not answer calls and does not itself address complaints towards the franchises, and that, in fact, all of the Subways are franchises. Therefore, the Subway corporate office does not take complaints, but rather refers them back to the owners of the individual stores. Since I was of the understanding that Cat herself was the owner of this particular Subway, it seems that the Subway organization has a procedure set up where there may be no ability at all to lodge a complaint. My own experience is that, not only do the Subways of Fort Lauderdale contain an excess of rude staff, but that Subway makes it very difficult to make a complaint about such things. There are two other Subway restaurants I went to that likewise had rude staff. My own opinion of the matter is that Subway should be aware that they are in the business of serving customers and that part of this service is to be polite to the very people that are keeping them in business.
The service is good and food is always fresh when I go for lunch or afterwards. However for a place that's open so early I've never had any luck getting what I want in the morning. Or the systems down and you need exact cash.
Store called me to tell me they did not have the items I ordered to deliver. I told them it's okay, just cancel the whole order. They continuously told me go to the app to cancel and I told them it says to call to cancel. Now I am calling doordash to try to resolve even though I ordered thru Subway app and not DD. The way they handled my call was unbelievably rude.
