Brand new.. due to it's sketchy location I was hesitant. Seems like every place near by has bad customer service and people who don't want to really work. But to my surprise they have also customer service and they are fast!
Poor service...I sat in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes without any acknowledgement from anyone...I finally drove around and parked and went in....same thing no acknowledgement for at least 5 minutes...then when I finally got to order they got my order wrong
This location is amazing! The staff is welcoming, efficient and friendly. The store is well stocked and clean and has adequate inside and outside seating. This is my new go to Starbucks. The only thing I hate is that they close at 5. But I know that they're a new store and they may be short staffed. Some don't open on weekends anymore so I'm appreciative for them being here!
I was super excited about the Starbucks because it is only 0. 6 miles I buy Starbucks coffee twice a day religiously and sadly from the moment it open every single coffee I’ve had is not been to my liking. I keep giving it a shot because People are still in training. So I go only once a day but still havent had a good coffee .
I've been coming to this new location since they opened about 2 months ago. The employees are friendly and the interior is nice. It definitely has an urban community type of vibe. Going through the drive-thru can take long if you go during busy times ( weekday mornings and Saturdays).These employees are veru new so they're slow sometimes. I don't know how truly "Starbucks trained" these "baristas" are as some of my drinks have been mediocre, but they do try. It's not in the best location either so I believe its hours of operation are not as long as other locations, and their menu is not extensive but has the typically ordered items (hot/cold coffee, some frappuccinos, lattes, pastries and sandwiches, etc..). I don't know if they have the items and/or skills to make drinks off the secret menu, so I haven't asked for any elaborate drinks.One of the downsides about this location is that it can be very challenging to enter/exit when the drive-thru line is long. That's the first thing that came to my mind when I was watching the construction of this location. There's not a lot of space. This location is not a "stand alone" Starbucks since it has two other suites/businesses beside it. So there's limited parking. Overall it's not bad for a new location.
This Starbucks needs to do better if you’re paying six dollars for a drink the drink should be filled up to the cup line at the top and then whip cream put on top not 3/4 full and then whip cream. Very disappointed I don’t know if it was a new worker or what but they should have measurements set so that when you order a drink you’re getting a full cup of the size that you ordered I ordered a grande and it looks like I got a Vente inside of the cup.
Awesome location. They give great and fast service. The drive through teller had a lot of energy.
New Starbucks, just opened Feb 2022. This area really needed one as there isn’t any close by. You’d have to drive to downtown FLL, Dania, or Plantation. This location has drive thru, indoor and outdoor seating, and local inspired artwork. Employees were fast and friendly and store was clean!
very new starbucks, i was excited to finally have one close to my house since there genuinely weren’t any around the area. the inside is very nice, lots of lighting and art as well as an outdoor area. the cashier at the time seemed kinda new, had trouble taking my order but he was patient so that’s appreciated. drink took a couple minutes to get but not super long, but the drink was very nicely made compared to a lot others i’ve had so it made up for it. never have had a bad drink here
I’m glad that I finally have a Starbucks near my house. I went twice, the food was great. However SOME of the workers could be more experience/ better customer service so they won’t mess up my order next time.
