Parking is terrible, the main lot holds about 6 cars. Watched a worker take their break in their SUV in the main lot and because they weren't moving and just sitting there we have to park across the street. Not easy to get in and out of this store, 1st and last time we come to this location
The Starbucks is a perfect place for afternoon "tea". The only drawback and not to compare them to Storks but they need to build a (Starbucks) green canvas canopy over the patio and install ceiling fans as it gets soooooooooo hot sitting outside.
My mobile order is always ready, when it’s time to pickup. Plus, the baristas are super friendly there.?
Fantastic location in the heart ? of Wilton Manors, and with the most excellent service. I was even offered a ? beverage since I guess because I was there on my laptop ? working for many hours which I thought was very classy of them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Love Starbucks but thos one was very confusing. None of the staff offered to help or even say hello as I waited for my mobile order.
Great Starbucks with fabulous coffee and employees. We went through the drive thru. Ryan served us and he was delightful. Highly recommend !
William always make my experience so enjoyable. I utilize the drive thru option frequently before going to work and most mornings he is working and always is so happy. He delivers excellent customer service every single time. He is a great asset to the team! Thanks William for making my mornings ☺️
If no stars or rather a ⭐ in the negative column was an option and I could still post this review about some of your more nasty and rude associates, I would. Like the older lady with brunette hair and glasses, who works the morning shift before 9AM... She should not be in customer service, let alone be allowed to speak to customers period!
This location is so slow the line of cars backs out to the high traffic road causing a major liability. It was closed two days before New Year’s for no reason and no posting until hours after it should have been open. The service is so slow cars are blowing their horns. Where is the Regional overseeing this site??? The management should be fired immediately along with the regional. NO leadership!! Horrible management!
Awesome service. Very educated and well trained staff. Nice and clean place. Local shoppers are also very nice.
