Sold a cheese and fruits tray and the grapes and apples were old.Ask for a small cappuccino with soy milk and the coffee wads all watery.They missed up my order and when I asked price difference , they responded around the same.I have been a regular in this place but the last 3 times has been very bad. Will not go to this location anymore
What is happening to this store?! It used to be so much better. I just waited in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes (0845) with a bunch of other people and there wasn’t even anyone in the store working!
Tricky drive-through to find. It’s right next to Dunkin’ Donuts. Find Chipotle and drive around. Leads you right into the drive through.
Drinks are consistent and staff is friendly, but because of its location the drive thru can get extremely backed up. There is outdoor seating. Driving in and out of the parking lot can be difficult due to it’s proximity to a major 4 way intersection.
If you come during their busiest hours, expect to wait. But this place isn't like any other establishment where the employees are taking their sweet time and have a careless, nasty attitude. This Starbucks is right center on a major busy intersection and with COVID and the job industry contributing to understaffing, these people really go above and beyond to rush orders out. Great customer service, great coffee. I can't criticize the wait when I analyze the amount of staff vs store business.
I went through the drive through to get my partners birthday reward drink. She has the app and been a member for years. She even pulled out her ID to prove it was her birthday after anything happened. But for some reason it wasn’t popping up as a rewards. Evan who was at the drive through window was horrible, and rude. Evan had no customer service skills and refused the drink to her. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. I literally go to Starbucks in every city in all states and Evan was by bar the worst service I ever received. I never received bad service at a Starbucks before. He was power tripping and needs a break from the Public. He didn’t offer a solution, and was not sincere at all. He must have been having a bad day. You need a new manager.
Employees are always nice but my god is this the slowest Starbucks EVER. Expect to be in line for a min of 20 if your in the drive thru. I always want to stop and I always regret it.
Stop putting dark espresso in my drink when I order blonde! It’s too hot to taste it in the store so by the time it cools down and I can taste it, I realize it’s wrong and can’t go back. This keeps happening my and is really frustrating!
Great group of staff willing to go the extra mile to serve you inAlways friendly, correct orders, and delicious!The resort we stayed in this past week had no coffee pot in the room. We were forced to drink Starbucks coffee from the hotel's coffee shop, that thought it was a Starbucks.They aren't Starbucks, not even close! Very sub- standard compared to a real Starbucks. I'm willing to go a little further to get the real thing!Keep it up folks!!
Horrible. The labor shortage has this chain plagued with employees who do not know how to make the drinks.I understand people need to learn but it should not be at the expense of the customer.
