Clean and Fast service ...At first they were out of fruits for my refresher but they got it right away

Communication, if you close the store, and only have drive through avail, turn off the order ahead option on your end of the app.No one should have to wait for their drink in a long drive through line, because you are short staffed. “We all are” Especially when they ordered ahead for a reason. Other wise there should be a cancel order option on the app for these reasons. I could have preorder and gone to another location in Wilton manors, same distance.Also if you are out of a cup size, communicate that on the door, so whoever orders ahead is aware their drink is in a larger cup and isn’t waiting around.Their lack of efficiency, is mind boggling.Management should be trained better, or fired.

The service has gone to the worst.There is one girl that was great and considerate, but others were rude and seemed like they don't want to be there.The level of emotional intelligence in customer service is very low. They were slamming things to make sure you knew that they weren't happy when you asked for something like more hot water for your purchased drinks. I guess that was so hard for them.The floor and seating area were dirty.I wish they close this location instead of another one that had a better service team and great customer service mindset.Avoid at all costs. Spend your money where they appreciate your business.

Every time I order from here there is two or more items missing from the bag...I'm not even the type to do reviews but after it happens a 7th time with items you paid for it gets really old....do better....

The staff early morning is friendly but extremely slow and always make some mistake...

Horrible Starbucks.I once ordered via mobile a cappuccino and arrived 30 minutes after ordering and it still was not ready.Can take up to 40minutes in drive through.Happens on multiple occasionsI stopped going to Starbucks all together because of this locationSave yourself the time and headache and drive to the on sunrise or up the road on 26th

First time - Never Again. I needed to waste an hour so I stopped in to have some tea and a snack. I walked up and waited at the register for several minutes, none of the employees looked up or acknowledged me. Finally someone came over, I knew it was complicated to order at a Starbucks so the first thing I said was “I’ve never been here before “. Letting him know I didn’t know their menu. Everything I ordered came out completely wrong. Cold tea instead of hot. Wrong pastry. If someone says they have never been here before “ask questions “ will never go to another Starbucks ever again.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Don’t come here if you want to order food. Almost every time I’ve come to this location they are always out of ingredients for food. Service also sucks too. Last time I came, I asked for oatmeal and they told me they were out of ingredients for the oatmeal. I ordered a sandwich, which I didn’t really want but ordered because I was already in the drive through line and didn’t have time to go somewhere else. I pull up to the window and the cashier says absolutely nothing to me, not even hello or goodbye. The sandwich was cold in the middle.

Nice storeNo hustle … I’m the only person inside and already 20 min on a drinkThe baristas do one drink at a time and have zero hustle … drive thru out to federal 20 cars deep …Very inefficient. If you are in a hurry go elsewhere
