Staff was awesome! Appreciate the hot fresh coffee!

I enjoy this convenient location, there isn't a drive through so keep in mind you have to go inside.The staff here are friendly and remember my order.

Starbucks is starbucks. That being said the only thing you can really read about Starbucks is their level of service. And their level of service today sucked. Now in full disclosure I am a new breeze delivery driver for this particular visit. All my reviews are in reference to my personal interaction with staff and presentation and 99.9% of the time I am the one who's actually going to eat the order. But I just wanted to point out that the staff was less than pleasant and I got the distinct impression that they really wanted nothing to do with me. I was actually cut off by one agent who just wanted to know if I was picking up for Uber at which point you direct me away from her. The other gentleman couldn't care less and just handed me back as if I was a bother. At the end of the day the fact that the end customer wants Starbucks enough to get it delivered speaks volumes about your product but if drivers don't want to keep coming back to pick up orders because the staff is rude then the end customer doesn't get their product and then they get dissatisfied. You really should learn from this

It was pouring rain and thr store was supposed to open in 15 minutes. The women inside just sat there and watched Mr get soaked the whole time. Once inside one of the employees, she said her name was Melissa, called me names. She wouldn't give me a card, or a costumer contact information. Then she said I was acting crazy for requesting to talk to a manager. It was really embarrassing and hurtful. The other employee screamed out that I should have an awful day. They refused to tell me when a manager will be there or what time I can come back to talk to someone that cares. It was so unprofessional. These girls actually made me cry when all I wanted was some coffee

My account on Starbucks App. Was all messed up. I was using rewards and cash. They mixed it all up. I wound up losing a lot of stars and money. Took 2 days to see balances

I had a great experience overall. No line, no waiting time. The facility was clean and organized. The staff is very professional.

The guy who I placed my order with wasn't that friendly. The lady who made my drink had to fix it because it was inaccurate. There were a few homeless people hanging around outside at the tables and one of them wouldn't stop gawking at me and trying to hit on me while I sat outside and drank my coffee, and it was uncomfortable. No inside seating due to covid.************************Update: Went here today for the first time since my last review. (SUN MAR 6TH 2022), There was a very friendly blonde employee/female. She was very personable and helpful, kind, happy, etc. I felt like she loved working there and was happy to help me. I bought a juice (green juice) & a sandwich. The juice was delicious. The sandwich was not as good as I had hoped, cheese couldn't be tasted over the pesto and the turkey wasn't that amazing, a little too much bread/not enough filling inside, etc. The environment was better than last time, I felt comfortable and safe. Gave another star. Still needs work on the food quality to make it to 5 stars.

Just like any other Starbucks I have visited. The people are nice and helpful. The food is great. The coffee is also fantastic.

Mael was my barista he have extraordinary personality and guest service. Keep up the excellent service, you will go places.

Service was terrible and they were more interested in the drive threw then the counter never going back there. They also got my order wrong
