My first time coming to this location & it is the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. My cup was dirty with coffee stains on it. I have never visited a Starbucks that they tried to be so fast with the drive through service that the young lady taking the order outside knew nothing about some of the items offered concerning their hot teas. I wanted the honey citrus hot tea & a extra green tea bag. I was told they didn't have it. I was offered the honey citrus mint tea, some type of latte, a jade tea I believe & I felt like I was in the black & white twilight zone at this point. Every time I have gone to any Starbucks across Florida I request the same tea & they have it. I don't know what was wrong with this location but it is the worst I've ever visited. I specifically said no mint tea & that's what I received it had no honey, no citrus, & it was full of MINT. My friend & I live down south. We both were doing a prom at the Hilton Ft. Lauderdale Marina. I purchased this same tea the night before at the 7230 nw 36 st. location and it was GREAT. THIS LOCATION DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE THE STAR I GAVE IT BECAUSE WE THREW THE TEA IN THE GARBAGE IT WAS SO NASTY.
Hit or miss. The line is either extremely long or it’s a quick in and out. My only annoyance with this location is that the operational hours aren’t consistent. Otherwise the customer service is great.
I frequent this Starbucks when I work in Fort Lauderdale and they’re great. This morning they got my order wrong, the barista heard iced mocha instead of iced white chocolate mocha and they simply gave me the correct one and let me keep the one they made incorrectly to give to my co-worker. This was a super nice gesture!
Got my usual coffee and it tasted and looked nothing like it usually does, went inside to get it exchanged and it was still bad. Never using this location again.
Literaly the worst Starbucks I've ever been to1. The drive true is always backed up and drinks aren't prepared when you get to the window2. The drinks are always wrong generally compleatly missing a main ingredientExample- my ice CHI latte has had no chi in it on 3 diffrent occasions3. Even a black coffee is always bitter and taste dirty as if its never cleaned or changed outSTARBUCKS PLEASE FIX THIS BRANCH
Excellent they'll make your frappuccino any way you want added espresso caramel crunch topping they usually are out of something regularly but it's okay if you don't have whipped cream on your frappuccino the drive-thru is always packed but everything is always good at Starbucks
This starbucks is hit or miss for me. The parking (very little) is a nightmare at peak times you could be stuck as there's no space to move. I've came and now 2x during training and had multiple issues with the order. They always fix any issues and are great staff. This is a Starbucks you just need to be patient at.It's time though to open a better location in this spot if possible as I'm assuming it has plenty of traffic flow.
Consistently the slowest Starbucks. I don’t know why I continue to use this franchise, always at least a 15-20 minute wait at the drive through. Picture was taken on a Tuesday at 11am, at ‘peak’ times its just not doable. The barista said they have trouble finding decent staff. They should just close rather than making people wait so long.
