There quality of food varies between workers. The like in consistency is very disappointing however with proper training to Starbucks can be very well functioning.
The location says it’s open till 10pm and they do not stay open like their hours state.
Had good service
Today, I ordered an iced grande white chocolate mocha from this Starbucks location. I was not too fond of the beverage and asked for a different drink. The staff told me I could not and would have to pay to change my drink while I was still inside the store. The service was relatively poor and I want a refund. Then the manager and employee preceded to talk about me while I was there as if I could not hear them. Disrespectful.
Every time I come to this Starbucks they always overcharge me. They don’t take Starbucks gift cards and don’t honor the Starbucks rewards system. Once asked for an iced coffee with a few pumps of classic syrup and they charged me $0.50 per pump. I’ve never paid so much for coffee ever! They’re also always out of supplies for drinks so you don’t get what you go in for.

Managers please tell your employees to put on masks and gloves when they perform their jobs. We are in a pandemic!!!
This Starbucks is probably the worst I’ve been to. They never ever get my order right, they overcharge more than the listed price. They’re rude and they’re extremely unorganized. The coffee here never even taste like what you actually ordered when compared to other chains. Management really need to do something with this place
Staff were pleasant at least to me. Any time I am here there’s always a queue but it moves really fast.
