I went there today and wanted a Dragon fruit refresher with lemonade. I was told the same thing ALL week - 'We do not have any of the refreshers or lemonade. Would you like an apple juice? So I ordered (#669025) a frappuccino, coconut bar and an impossible sandwich. I asked for a receipt. The cashier told me that they have no receipt paper and 'the struggle is real'. Lol. Starbucks makes so much money and you don't have receipt paper? Staples? Office Depot? Walmart?

Below the standard. Interaction with public have a lack of friendliness/politeness/Courtesy. mostly everyone have a face of a 1800’s thought cowboy waiting on a bar for their next duel. Regarding the products… crumbled cakes. Macchiatos/espressos with a single taste to milk. Milk with coffee. Overwhelmed by the drive trough?

Love this brand , coffee is amazing but this particular location is always jam packed and the food and beverages are always rushed out and burned. Please work on this Starbucks !!!

So basically i’ve had a lot of bad experiences with this starbucks first of all they are just rude and second they don’t make their drinks right. Today is my birthday so i go to this starbucks tell them my drink and then go to pay with my free drink and the guys gets my order wrong then tells the guy to remake it and he remakes it as i watch he’s not shaking up my drink which was a pink drink and when i get it it’s just not mixed so i tell the guy after getting my drink for the 2nd time “do you guys just not shake your drinks because clearly mine is shaken he doesn’t say anything so i drive off. I just think this is rude because it’s my birthday and I was expecting them to be nice but every time they make a drink wrong they always seem mad about it when it’s not my fault. It’s not hard to just get the order right if u just do what the ticket says. Plenty of times they just don’t add my Coffee syrups to my drink so it taste horrible. Just honestly the worst starbucks to go to. My sister also could talk about all her bad experiences with this starbucks.

Consistently, over the last 2 years, the very slowest Starbucks I've been to. And there is no apology nor evident effort to improve upon that. 2 stars only because the product is usually fine.

I got a Trenta with 2 extra scoops of dragon fruit and I did not get my extra which I paid for. If you go to this store don’t order online go to the store to ensure you get what you want. I am so disappointed Kmt… This is my drink for tonight at work Kmt bruh.

Drive thru gets really busy, long lines. Lobby does not open at 7am as posted.

Since this news came out that Starbucks is accepting reusable cups again, I've been denied each and every time (about 5 plus times) I've asked to use my reusable cup. So much for reducing waste. Customers don't ask to bring in cups as it is.

How unfortunate that this is the closest Starbucks to my house. They have basically altogether done away with ordering ahead, their lobby is always closed the drive-through is always unreasonably long out to the street which is why ordering ahead and having an open lobby would benefit people. They are always out of ingredients. Which if I drive the extra five minutes to the other Starbucks never seem to have any of those issues .The staff is always friendly probably working as hard as they possibly can, I also am also having to work retail through the pandemic. Getting Starbucks in the morning was one of those things that used to be a small light to brighten up my day, turned in to be having to leave up to 40 minutes early for work if I want to talk to Coffee, which is unrealistic robbing me of my free time, or having to take a different alternative route to get to work to go to the other Starbucks location. I don’t know if you guys have a staffing issue, or if you’re just not trained enough to work through busy season but it’s very unfortunate

Terrible service and unprofessional manager. I pulled up to this location 10 minutes before 7 and waited for the person in front of me to order. When it was my turn nobody came to the speaker so I pulled up to the window, the manager was still helping the person in front and she clearly saw me behind them. When the person in front of me received her items the Manager closed the window and walked away without saying anything to me. There are no signs by the speaker and you have to drive up to the window and read a tiny sign that days closed at 7. Even if I was at the speaker before 7 I should have been helped. I will never go to this location again because this is not the first time for terrible service.
