Horrible service, dirty store, out of practically everything. I asked for my drink iced and they made it hot, the girl rolled her eyes when I said something. The staff were swearing and drinking leftover drinks while a huge like of customers were waiting. Absolutely the worst Starbucks I've ever been to.

Ordered a misto and forgot to add hazel nut. Lady in HMS host black shirt told me that she couldn’t add hazel nut and I had to join a line of 50 people to add the hazel nut. The courtesy was non existent. The customer are was just not Starbucks. I had no problem paying. This was the first terrible experience at Starbucks. I would guess she didn’t go through the training that everyone else in Starbucks uniform is subjected to. Just terrible stain on a good brand. All it takes is 1 untrained staff to ruin an experience. She may be able to run the kiosk but that’s not the Starbucks culture basic requirement.

I was at this Starbucks location yesterday and received the WORST customer service. The cashier was so rude and looked like she absolutely hated her life. I understand it’s busy and stressful with the crowds, but she was highly degrading and rude to essentially all the customers in the line which made me not want to order in the first place lol.

Great service good drinks, wonderful set of black ladies working her! Keep it up ladies!

Do not expect fast service at this starbucks. It took a little over 20 minutes from entering the line to even placing my order. I was tired of waiting and ordered a tea and it took another 5 minutes just to get a cup of hot water and a tea bag. There was 6 workers but at any time there was only 2 of them actually working.

If I could I would give them zero stars. I asked for a cup of milk to cool my coffee. Employee said sure but am going to have to charge you for it. The customer after me didn't get the same remarks as I did.

Employees were kind and patient. Most of the customers were kinda edgy because both of their espresso machines were not working so they could only serve regular coffee. But they definitely exceeded in compensating for it. Got a small cup of cream for 2 grande coffees and they did great for how busy they were.

Not happy.. first of all this location didn't have any espresso drinks. I was informed to walk to "B" gate and they should have it. I did so but noticed right away that the staff there was a bit unorganized and rushed. The person who was handling the drinks and putting lids on had very messy hands and apparently didn't press the lid down completely. As I handed it to my wife it opened and spilled down her leg(WHITE PANTS OUCH).Perhaps they need a refresher course in quality control..

I placed an order here and after seeing everyone who ordered after me I asked the barista about my order. She asked what I ordered and them asked me to prove I ordered it. This was shocking because another woman of a different race did the same thing and was not asked to prove she she ordered anything. I told them again I'd been waiting and the cashier confirmed that I order 4 bacon egg and gouda sandwiches. I was then told it would be ready shortly. 10 more minutes go by and only 3 sandwiches were ready. I shared my frustration and asked how long it would be for the fourth sandwich and was rudely asked if I wanted a refund. I said no I wanted the food I paid for. I asked for a Manager, and was gove MAJOR attitude and the same response. My family was hungry so I waited but will NEVER spend my money with Starbucks again. I felt I was asked to prove my purchase because I was black and give attitude, poor customer service and disrespect which I know I didn't deserve nor appreciate.
