In times like this broward county is mandatory face mask and NO one in the kitchen cooking the food had on mask the ladies at the front NO mask! I called in my order and the music in the background was up so loud they could not hear me. Once I went to pick up my order and seen the amount of people waiting inside for orders and non of the staff had mask on I left! Not a safe place to eat!
I recently ordered using Door Dash. The oysters were over cooked, dry, and clearly cooked in old oil. The fries were limp and gritty. And the lemonade was all ice. They did not send any napkins, utensils, or sauce. It was terrible.

Looking for some of the best fried chicken wings in South Florida? Snappers is my all time favorite chains to visit when I'm in town. My go to is the 10 piece check dinner with onions rings in substitute of fries. Everything is made to order so the wait time can be rather long but well worth it!

waited an hr for my food and girl at the register said u know what u ordered u can get it....how was I supposed to know which one out of all the boxes was mine? Then i ask can i get my second drink and she said what is it? And i told her what drink i was missing. Then i tell her do i not get a bag for my food or sauces? And she said yeah u do what do u want....idk but the customer service isnt that good. AND ON TOP OF THAT ONE OF MY ORDERS HAD STALE FRIES AND HORRIBLE LOOKING WINGS.......i like snappers but this location is definitely a downgrade. Wont be going her again ill go to another location next time.
