Great smoothie but i stopped by there at 3:10ish pm, the two ladies working there on 8/2/22 looked like they don’t like what they are doing. Doesn’t make you feel welcome and making you feel like you’re bothering them for ordering. I came in and stood at the counter for a minute no greetings and completely ignored. Then finally asked what I want by a young lady with long braids with her nasty attitude and tone. If you hate your job, quit and find something else!
Smoothies perfect , service seems kind of unprofessional. There’s a young lady who helped me with my banana smoothie with a pink bonnet on who had a very nasty attitude.
Young lady taking order decided to take call on her cell phone and begin yelling at whoever on the other end of the phone all kinds of obcenities and foul words while comers stand around and look at each other in disbelief. Totally unprofessional I felt bad for her coworker because he had no excuse for her actions
Employee greeted us with "What do you want" with much attitude that it was definitely we were a bother and she did not want go get off her phone.
So the staff here are all amazing. They are sooo friendly and they always do a great job. And there very pleasant and always remember my order. The only down side is the fact that I’ve been coming here for years and the AC is ALWAYS broken. The staff shouldn’t have to endure the lack of cold air. They work hard enough. The owners need to step up and pay for a new AC unit. It’s always so hot in here. If not for the heat I would have given 5 stars. Make sure your staff is comfortable.
Went in today to get a smoothie and waited at-least close to 10 min to be acknowledged. When I finally got acknowledged I was told there’s no peanut butter. So disappointing. Other than that the smoothies are amazing.
Youre employees are very rude. I wanted to go today to get a smoothie before work today after a workout but remember how I was treated by multiple employees on several different instances. Its almost worth it to take the time to go to the location downtown. Your employees make fun of , ignore, under communicate with the guest depending on if they dont like them. They are short with the guests while taking their orders, they would wrather be doing something else in the back, I have never had a smoothie from there that wasnt good but I made the decision to not go there anymore. I work in hospitality and cannot support that kind of behavior, I won't go anywhere I don't feel obligated to giving a tip because the service is so terrible. I felt so disliked by the employee the last time I was there that I almost felt like a contaminant was put in my smoothie out of spite and threw it away. Hire people who dont make customers feel like they are bothering them.
2/8/22 afternoon… employee sitting in the back texting on her phone. Could see her though the little window. I stood there almost 10 mins then leave. A new customer walks in and she comes out quick. Must not have wanted to serve me she saw me standing there. Then I walk back in and she just stares at me no explanation no nothing. Don’t work with the public if your disrespectful and pick and choose who you give proper service to.
I use to live in FL and this was always an easy and quick snack spot. Smoothies are a little different depending on who makes it probably just a case of heavy hand on some ingredients but I loved this place.
Went in today hoping to find a ginger shot, turns out they don’t sell them…. Then I witnessed something truly appalling, the dude working there with his mask below his nose wiped his nose with his hand and proceeded to ask me if I would like a menu! Uh, no thanks…. Tighten that ish up dude!
