I've been going here for almost 4 years their food's been good ever since I have no complaints. Always good vibes and there's a lady who's on the shorter side, I believe she's a cook in the back I may be wrong . However she's so nice and always greets with a smile.
Unfortunate to have to leave this review after my experience but feels it’s necessary after my experience two weeks ago and again this afternoon. Long story short, a workers fingernail was found in my smoothie. Possibly cut or broken off while making the smoothie?? I don’t know, but obviously gloves were not being worn. And to make matters worse this fingernail made its way up the straw and into my mouth where I found it! I called to let them know and was incredibly kind about it. An offer of a full refund was made at that time but my lunch break was over so I couldn’t take more time going back and forth to get it.(could only get it if I came in) Called today to place a new order (because accidents happen and I liked the food… no more smoothies for me but their salads are great) and was told I could not get a refund on my order now. But if I wanted I could do a free upgrade to a large smoothie! When I mentioned that wasn’t was agreed on I was argued with over the phone. Customer service and kindness goes a long way. When a customer finds a fingernail in their order making things right should be top priority! They def lost a customer and I hope for everyone that continues to go there that they are at least wearing gloves now.
The quality has gone down at this location. My salad was horrible. The cucumbers were sliced thin as paper, the lettuce was wet. They almost always get my order wrong now and the girl at counter with the lace front has an attitude. Cooler is always empty.. Im going to try a different location. ..
The food is indeed good but the customer service is questionable. None of the staff members have any attention to detail, they are more concerned about the speed to get customer’s order in, instead of ensuring that the customers have the right order they’re leaving the restaurant with. This location has given me the wrong order two days in a row. When I explained this to them, they just brushed it off as if it was nothing and didn’t apologize for the inconvenience. I would not be returning to this location.
Horrible customer service. The younger Hispanic girl with glasses and brown hair that works here is completely rude and should not be in the customer service industry. Asked them to make my smoothie with yogurt and before they had no problem, the last two times I’ve went there the girl says “we don’t have yogurt” extremely rudely. I told them they made it before with yogurt and she gave me a dirty look when I asked her if she could check. Lazy employees and horrible customer service. This girl needs to be reprimanded, I will not be returning and will let people know to stay far away from this place.
Was hoping to love this place since I work less than 5 mins away and we do lots of healthy catering at our office unfortunately my first smoothie is a huge miss for me. So overwhelmingly sweet I cannot even drink it =/ I don't think I can convince myself to return.
It's an ok spot if you're in the area. The quality at the smoothie jungle location on Cypress Creek Rd seems better.
I love love the smoothies and food here. My favorite location is off commercial blvd.The ladies are amazing, the owner is a sweetheart and always remembers to send greetings to my office staff.I highly recommend everyone to stop by and grab a bite of happy / healthy lunch here.
I stopped in to get a smoothie, after spending almost $9 for a small smoothie, it ended up giving me horrible stomach pains and diarrhea, was up all night. Will never go back!!
