Heads down best coffee shop in all of south Florida. 10/10 would recommend. Denise was a awesome cashier and she was very fast with the drinks.
I set outside and listen to the birds. The hot chocolate was delicious. I even got a gluten free brownie for my husband. I'm definitely coming back again. The service was very sweet.
I'm a remote worker in Florida for a few weeks, and Sip Java is the perfect remote office for workers on the road. The wifi is great, the coffee and tea options are awesome, and there's excellent GF food options. Plenty of outlets inside near the large table/bar area where laptop folks congregate. The staff are friendly and absolutely wonderful! I have been here before but not a while. Disappointed with my experience. I ordered my food and beverage and waited 20 minutes for it. Someone behind me ordered the same thing and only waited 5 minutes. Both our food came out at the same time. That tells me that my food was placed in the oven about 15 minutes after I ordered it. That would be reasonable if the place was busy but it was not and there was no sense of urgency behind the counter. In fact the girls behind the counter started making their own drinks. My drink was sitting on the counter for ten minutes before someone even asked me what I was waiting on. Not a great feeling. Food and coffee was good but pretty disappointed with the experience and may not come here again.

Great independent coffee shop. Nice atmosphere but more importantly great drinks and service. If you like Starbucks you will love this place also. Similar in feel but from a small local business.

What a great place! The avocado toast was delicious and their coffee is so good. Inside there are sofas, a large table that seats at least 10 people. There is more seating inside and outside. They also have books if you want to hang out, drink coffee and read.
Super bad experience love this place but will not return the owner recommended to get the two eggs and avocado because I’m on a diet I had it with him and I loved it and I have been going there literally for 3 to 4 months almost every day other day and getting the same exact thing unfortunately the last time the guy with the glasses was extremely rude when I was ordering and when I called and said there was a problem with my order he said he was going to get back to me he never did and when I came in a couple days later they said that I didn’t get in contact with them quickly enough know if I’ve been going there almost every other day to get the same exact order I would think they would have respect for returning customer they do not so my business is going somewhere else.
Very friendly service and very good coffee. Indoor and outdoor dining. Pet friendly and the place is a little pricy, but all places are now. Parking is very good.
