Shula Burger used to be The Best Place to go, before taking a flight to anywhere in the world. They had the Best Burger, freshly done, as you liked it, with great fries and any drink you liked. Today, I am sorry to say, all this is far gone. The system changed, it is : order on your Cellphone, no waiters anymore, only there to tell you what you ordered is out of stock. Totally impersonal. The burger did arrive quite fast, but was cold. The lettuce was thinly sliced, NO pickles, NO onions, and the meat looked like pre-cooked. They were out f all beers, and finally gave out what was left that nobody really liked. As for service, they take an automatic 18 % on the automatic bill, no questions asked. It s a real pity that the best burger became the worst, and very expensive. Don Shula must turn in his tomb seeing what they did to this great place reminding him.
I ordered a mushroom swiss burger and got a Fiji water. It was good, I added lettuce and tomato because it doesn't come with it. You probably have to wait a little bit because a lot of orders are coming in.
This place is literally the Chum Bucket. Don Shula is no Sean McDermott as well. The bills should win the super bowl this year and the dolphins are a terrible organization just like this restaurant. The fries were excellent.
Just don’t do it. Burgers tasting worst than burger king. Also ordered a chicken breast sandwich and the chicken breast was cut to a smaller portion which was embarrassing. Would not recommend. Fries were the best choice
I’ve never been more happy with an airport restaurant. First of all, the girl that took my order came up to help when she saw only me waiting in line. Then she immediately hit the grill non stop for 2 hours! She made me a bomb breakfast this morning. I wish I had asked her name, she deserves a raise. I can count on one hand, how many times I’ve received good service AND good food at the same spot since Covid started. I’m completely impressed! I was at this restaurant February 5, 2022 around 6:30 am. I believe my order was #61 or #62, sausage breakfast sandwich, potato wedges, and a red Gatorade. I’m giving this information in hopes that you can find out who the employee was and give her good feedback! I personally find it very helpful when I get props for doing a good job! So important to appreciate other people!! She had braids!
Shula Burger at Fort Lauderdale Airport We live in Fort Lauderdale and stopped for a quick breakfast sandwich before boarding our flight. I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich …best I could tell it wasn’t even food. It was cold, the slab of processed cheese just hung there as if it’d come out of the package 1 second before. The “eggs” were cold, flavorless and inedible. I tossed the whole thing in the trash. If the other meals are similar that place should be closed or at least removed from the airport where folks need to eat and don’t have many choices.
I was scared by the review of 2+ star. But it turns out to be a lot better. The burger patty is 25% larger than the bun, covered with veggies and pickle. It's taste is nothing special but not bad at all! Like a McDonald's burger without much sauce nor cheese, though it costs 7+ dollars(to me still better than a cold sandwich that costs even more). I think it's still a great option that I will try it again.The staff are very friendly and professional to me.
It is airport fast food. Would of given it one star but employees were very friendly and tried their best. Rolls were not that tasty. Bacon slices were tiny and sandwich was not hot enough to melt cheese. But when you are hungry in an airport you do what you can. Next time back to Starbucks no wonder the Starbucks line was so long!!!
Tables, filthy. Counters, filthy. Good luck dealingwith the irritable grizzly bear behind the register. They were rude upon order. We watched multiple people show up, get eye rolls when ordering, refused refills, treated rudely, and then served cold food. One woman asked for a refill, was refused so she offered to buy another beverage, and got all the angst of a high school teenager from the employee behind the register.Side note, the register was abandoned for ~10 minutes so multiple people walked up, waited, and decided to leave.
Burger was of a poor quality. Also they literally chased us off the place immediately after eating. Less than 5 minutes after getting done with our meal; A man yelled that they were closed and we literally rushed out of the place; only for us to see them take several orders few minutes/hours later. This is so unprofessional. Never stopping here anymore!
