Are the employees disgruntled? Yes they are. But is the food just as good as every other shake shack? It certainly is! What a delight to eat this burger right before my flight back home. My only “beef” is that I ordered two double cheeseburgers. They made one and forgot the other. The finished burger sat under the lamp for 6 minutes while they cooked the other one. It came out a little cold but at least it came out without a side of attitude
A 45 minute line. I waited an additional 20 minutes after my food came out for a shake. Asked an employee if it was the shake sitting on the back on the counter, I was told “they were working on it” watched 5 employees stand and chit chat in the back, 15 minutes later I asked again after being ignored by two other staff and they walked back there and grabbed the shake that had been sitting on the counter the entire time. Now melted and warm. Our burger orders were incorrect as well, not what one would expect after paying $40 for a takeout lunch.
Service was absolutely slow. They claimed to be out of ice cream. Then the register person changed and a few people behind me ordered and recieved shakes. The food was good but small.
This was the most unpleasant exchange I think I’ve ever had. The workers are insanely rude, yelling at customers and getting the orders wrong. I’m sorry, but the people ordering were nothing but nice and polite, and they had a right to be annoyed if you charge them $ for something they don’t get.Go next door to the pizza place. Those ladies were super nice and let me get utensils from their shop. The people at Shake Shack would not give me a fork for my cheese fries.
Just come here if you don't have any other option. Horrible customer service, coffee was even worse and they were short of 60% of the items on their menu. The burger/fries were good, but it's not worth IMO.
I went to shake shack looking for a burger. Unfortunately there was a line up to place an order. I immediately started to cry and screamed "I don't wanna wait for my food this isn't fair WAAAAH". Unfortunately this did nothing to speed up the line and I was forced to regulate my emotions like an adult.Then, I tried to order a beer with my burger. They were unfortunately out of beer. I began screaming again "WAHHHHH baby wants beer in his bottle!!!". Then I again was forced to remember that I am a fully grown adult who was capable of waiting for food. My burger was delicious.I don't not recommend going here if you are impatient, need to burp, teething, or missed your nappy time.
Long lines, over 20 minutes to place order. There were only 6 people in front of me. The cooler holding the beverages was broken, so they were serving hot bottles of beer and cider. I asked if they could cut the large chicken sandwich in half and I was told, I had to do it myself. I requested a knife, and guess what, no knives. Also advertising wines, and no wine available. Also they stop serving shakes cause they machine broke. There were 7 workers behind the counter and they move like molasses. Poor supervision and management.
The ladies working here yesterday were crushing it, despite a huge line and a bunch of impatient jerk customers. I'm sure they are having difficulty hiring enough people like ALL restaurants right now. We were pleasantly surprised that they still put out a tasty burger and chicken sandwich even with all the nonsense they were dealing with. Thank you ladies, and screw all the entitled idiots
Deserves a zero star. The most pathetic restaurant ordered 2 burgers. 1 was burnt the other was pink and raw. Do yourself a favor eat elsewhere. Lazy employees. I regretfully ate here today Never again
Absolutely grueling process. 30 mins in a line of only 10-15 ppl just to get the order in. They only have one person both taking orders/expediting food and they’re moving slower than a snail. Looks like this person will take any excuse to be distracted from the tasks at hand. Avoid this location at all costs. It’s not worth headache and there are better options in this terminal.
