Very intimate setting upon walking in. They had live music from 6-10 that we got to enjoy. We were greeted and seated by our waitress Lexi. She was very sweet and attentive. We tried their wings for an appetizer they were delicious cooked perfectly. Entree orders were the king prawns and the chicken tornado. Both entrees were very good and tasty. Definitely a go to for some good thai food in the Lauderdale area.

Outstanding service. Our Food was delicious and the portion sizes were surely worth the price.

Had a wonderful time here celebrating! Food was delicious. Wonderful ambiance with live music. Will return again. Thank you!

Ordered some take out and FOOD WAS AMAZING!!

We have seen SpiceSea for some time and we finally stopped in. Are we glad we did! SpiceSea has become one of our go-to spots and is a mainstay in our 2022 restaurant Bubble. We met one of the owners, Song, on our visit and learned Song is also the owner of the very popular Sushi Song - a group of Sushi Restaurants in South Florida. Our visit was on a weekend night and we enjoyed the live music which they present every Friday and Saturday night. In its category, I feel SpiceSea is the best Thai and Sushi restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. It has the right combination of decor, service, and food quality which makes it unique in this category. Authenticity is a major trait of this restaurant for sure, the food is absolutely incredible. If you happen to be a couple where one person likes Thai and the other likes Sushi (like us), SpiceSea is perfect for you. We enjoyed a number of authentic and traditional dishes that simple were the "best ever". Thai Chicken Wings - amazing flavor, cooked to perfection, in the best ever category for sure Homemade Dumplings - Best Ever for sure - we could have eaten these all night Wonton Soup - very good Whole Fish - with its sweet chili sauce, best ever for sure Yellow Tail Hamachi - Top three for sure Citrus Salmon roll - Incredible combination, amazing flavor, high quality fish Pad Thai - if you love authentic Pad Thai, you will love this! Thai Donuts - incredibly good Coconut Ice cream - Fresh and delicious The House-made Song's Ale - delicious Overall, Service on point, atmosphere welcoming and fun, live music entertaining, outdoor space comfortable, and the food - amazing. Currently, they serve Beer, Sake, and Wine but we hear they are getting a full service bar. Highly recommended, if you visit on a Friday or Saturday night, there is a decent chance we will be there.

The place was a little short staffed. But our waiter was pretty good. As he took our whole order by memory and did not mess it up. I am tough rating Asian food. Our soup was just a little warm. The Pad Thai was not good at all and chicken dry and there home made dumplings skip them...I have had frozen better. The duck was good and actually spicy. And the curry seafood was decent. We did not try the sushi.

This was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. The over cooked and chewy ribeye appetizer was swimming in a sweet tomato sauce- tasteless. The lobster pad Thai was also extremely over cooked. It was like chewing rubber. The king prawns weren’t fresh and NOTHING HAD SALT. It was really bad. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The seared tuna was way too spicy and once again no salt. The only good dish was the salt and pepper calamari. But, one out of five dishes equals one star.

I enjoy dining here because their staff are attentive, courteous/nice.The food is delicious. My favorite order is the spicy calamari and pork dumplings.Large outdoor seating area is a plus if you are Covid cautious.
