For the restaurant to be empty it took 20-25min for the waiter acknowledged us. After taking our order it to about 40min before our appetizers on food arrived at the same time. They also started a new billing system so our card payment didnât work so I had to fill out a form with my personal info for the to bill me later. SMH, itâs not the worst but I will never go back.
Host seated us in a crowded space. Took 20 minutes after we were seated for the waiter to acknowledge us. I understand they are understaffed and busier than usual for a Monday night. Itâs not the waiters fault. But I wouldâve appreciated a better experience.
The service was TERRIBLE last night. Michael L. was our waiter and he wasnât a bad waiter but I feel as if the restaurant had way too much going on. I would put in an order and 45 minutes later theyâd come out to me and mention that they ran out of the âOctopusâ, or âLamb Rackâ. I was very upset not that they didnât have the food but that theyâd take 45 minutes to let me know they didnât have it. Wasted time and $350 I want a refund. Iâve been there before but it was never as slow or dry as this.

Amazing food and great atmosphere
food was great. music was great. service was mediocre at best. we specifically asked if gratuity was included in the cost (we had a group) he said no so we gave a tip and it sure was already included so that was really frustrating considering the service was nic lot great to begin with.
I've visited Salt7 4x. The pros: excellent view and atmosphere. The service is always good. THE cons: the food and the drinks are hit or miss. And when it's a miss it's a very bad miss. I would not recommend ordering any drinks that require more than 2 ingredients (I.e. Old Fashion) took over 3 tries to make one and it got worst each time. Just ended up with bourbon on the rocks. I would recommend visiting Salt7 for drinks and appetizers while enjoying the view and atmosphere. If this restaurant was not waterfront chances are I would be one and done.
Well I canât rate the food because after being seated, we waiting 15 minutes with no interaction other than us grabbing a waiter asking who our waiter was. And after that, nobody showed, so we left. One day I will like to try the food. ð¤·ð½ââï¸
