I’ve been to this location twice now and both times had really attentive and kind service. My husband ordered the American breakfast and got it so fast. He enjoyed it and the bartender was very friendly and speedy. We had just come from margaritaville where we weren’t acknowledged for 30 min and then came here for a much better experience ?

Food and service were great. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger while waiting for my flight. I was pleasantly surprised how juicy it was.

First of all…Arthur shouldn’t place his hand all over the top of your drink glass, next the Burger was not hot, nor were the fries which were also overcooked and mostly scraps. So quite overpriced at $15.99.Arthur the waiter was prompt but when I asked for my food to go bc of flight change he didn’t even fill up the cup, and I had hardly drank anything from the nearly full glass. This inspite of an automatic gratuity… bring ing the burger, fries and drink to almost $25.Since the place wasn’t busy, I would expect better. But obviously where u have little competition for business you can do this.I travel this airport often but I will not stop here again.

The pork sandwich is the worst I’ve ever eaten. Tastes like from a can. Ordered a beer and never got it. Fries were good.

It's airport food and I was hungry. My expectations weren't amazing but it was a warm meal with friendly service. If eat here again if I was at the terminal

Brian the bartender was very condescending and not very friendly. Please make note that your tip is included in your bill. I was unaware and tipped an additional 18 percent. Brian said “we’ll, it’s in the bottom of your bill that I gave you”. Never again.

During a layover, I wandered in this Jamaican eatery. It was pretty clean, with a full bar, tables, and booths. Arthur was at the bar, and he was very friendly. I had a grilled chicken sandwich with fries and a beer. The sandwich was better than expected, the fries were hot and the beer was cold. An 18% gratuity has been added to the check, but you have the ability to tailor the gratuity.

My son ate a burger this location and unfortunately it gave him food poisoning. The server didn't even ask how done the burger he wanted. It was on the pink side. I should've look more closely at the burger to see if it was cooked all the way.

This is definitely not representative of my Jamaican culture or a Jamaican restaurant, if this is what they were going for. First off, the hostess who seated my husband and I had zero customer service skills. We felt as though we were bothering her. We waited about 10 minutes to be seated, which she didn’t even walk us to our table. We then waited another 20 minutes before the waitress came over to let us know she’d be right with us and then and 12 minutes before our orders were taken and 30 minutes after asking twice, we finally got our orders of two Jamaican grilled chicken breast sandwiches which were horrible(not sure why it’s even called that). No flavor and chicken was hard and stringy. The coffee tasted like water. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. It’s better to just stop by Starbucks if you want a snack than wasting $30 on disgusting foods. I wish I could have given zero stars.

We wanted good basic breakfast and saw the sit Red Stripe restaurant in the terminal we had to wait for our departure. Their breakfast sandwich was very poor quality and over priced. Very disappointed.
