The food was horrible to collard greens with nasty and spicy the macaroni and cheese wasn't cheesy at all it was dry fried chicken wings was for the grease need to be changed to choke away with dry corn bread was nasty to fool with your horrible and they didn't even give me my money back

I found this place on Google, and let me just say I’m so happy I did!!!! My entire meal was GOOOOD!!! I ordered a rib dinner w/ Mac and cheese, seafood rice, baked beans and potato salad… Lord even the sweet potato pie was super delicious!!! I will be returning

1st time eating them. My entire order was wrong but I still ate it since Uber only refunded $10. Mac & cheese was dry & awful. Seafood rice also taste old and dry. Ribs had a after taste like chemicals & fried wings & bbq chicken had no flavor at all & the cakes were nasty. Overall fail.

They need to get a self ordering system for patrons to order outside. Maybe some tablet stands outside so people can put in their orders and get alert to come to the window to get their food. One person making an order take like five minutes. Cashier moves too slow. The food looks good. The line outside be deep asf waiting to order and also picking up orders. Something has to give.
I haven’t ordered here in years since I moved. I was happy to see the restaurant on Uber eats so I ordered. I ordered ribs sandwich which came with two sides and I ordered the turkey wing dinner and banana pudding on the side. My order came portion sizes were super small, Mac and cheese had no flavor and my banana pudding was not with my order. Spent over $38 on my food and was truly let down. Gave a 3 star simply because I remembered when the food was amazing and also since the ribs and sauce were good and the turkey wings were pretty decent. I understand prices have gone up but rice and turkey wings are not extremely expensive and it would have been nice to actually receive the dessert I paid for.
I always get the seafood rice n grilled shrimp. It's usually pretty good... except this ONE time, there was a small hair in my side order of shrimp....but I just prayed again and threw out that shrimp away n ate the rest??? At first I said I was never going back but I did. ????♀️
Now this is my PLACE!! Never got a Bad meal or Bad service; Listen, Those ribs melt in your mouth & You can Chew the bones, lol; The fried Conch will make You Holler! Everyone I've sent there says what a Gem!!
