I love Popeyes chicken. But today was not a great experience. Only car in drive thru.Not spicy chicken. No sandwich, no shrimp... Lol. Tell me what you do have?? Let's go that way. 5 PC with redbeans rice... No Cajun rice either.. lol. Then 10 min sitting in my car... Again, only car in line... Waiting for the only good they said was ready??? Understaffed, un caring? Who knows. Food was ok, but just a question.... 10 min per order. 6- per hour. Only sell what you have, non of the stuff in national TV ads?? How the hell do you stay in business,? Seriously.
They finally have a good deal 5 PC for $7 . I used to only eat at churches chicken because the price good job popeyes
This is the slowest Popeye's ever. They always get the order wrong. They never have certain parts of the chicken ready. The biscuits are always cold. They have bad customer service all around. This is not just a one time incident. This is every time I go there. Needless to say, I am never going back.
Like most fast food places in the area, almost the entire staff was batiam, placing an order or getting any kind of help can be slightly difficult. Other than that, the food was good and was treated very well. It was very hot inside the restaurant almost like there was no AC blowing.
Food is always good and fresh sometimes customer service isn't all that great but I know that they're dealing with a lot of people at one time so I try to be as patient as I can all in all it's a pretty good experience
This place is very popular located on Broward Boulevard. The lines are always long but staff is good. Food is also always fresh. I never had a bad experience there. The only thing is sometimes it takes them awhile to get to the microphone but that's okay as long as the food is good.
Half my order was missing through an Uber delivery and no one at this fascino tu answers the phone for you to even voice concernsThis has happened to me for the 2nd time

Disgusting... Food is nasty the chicken looks like it's been refried 6 times over and over... The ketchup packets are so dirty... Just shot them down
Loved the new Chicken Sandwich. A Deluxe version would even been better. I went home and added lettuce tomatoes and onions. Delicious
