The chicken was fresh and under cooked. That's why I prefer to cook my own food. So sad in the morning going to get a refund.
The food was fresh they sold me mild after I asked for spicy, I went back they said they have no spicy then the lady at the window took my box while she and 3 other working run their hands through the box and talked over it then went and took out the wings and added spicy wings didn’t change the box I told them to give me a refund.
How can a restaurant open at 10 am and you come there at 10:25 am and everything they give you is COLD!!! SMFH... that's sad .. this my second time, I thought maybe the first time I came at the wrong time, all the time must be the wrong time!!!! Omg and yall too high to be giving out cold FOOD!!
Do not order though doordash. They make so many mistakes. But honestly being able to explain and talk to the managers here, such a blessing. they actually listen and help. I was amazing about how nice they were and understanding of situations. They make sure their customers are satisfied. I will come here before I go to the one closer to my home.
I can barely afford to go out these days with the cost of gas, inflation, and everything else. On my way home from work today I decided I’d treat myself to a 2 can dine tenders meal and a chicken sandwich. I ordered through the app for pickup inside the restaurant. I couldn’t check the order because it was tied up so tight and a ton of tape around it. I get home I had everything but the tenders, but in place of the tenders I had 6 biscuits in a box that I didn’t order. This is absolutely ridiculous in these tough times! Please get it together and check the orders.
Chicken has too much flour and oil. Coleslaw was spoilt, love there apple and strawberry pie. Not my favorite restaurant but to each is own don't kill it until you try it. Taste for yourself and decide....
I was kind of shocked because I never witnessed a entire crew as well as the manager all had super snappy aditudes with a customer in the drive thru . By me attempting to place my order my cashier was to busy looking in drive thru wind and joining the insults . I was to hungry to leave but . WOW.
Places like this could always do better. Overworked staff with attitudes. But here and there you will meet a pleasant person. Wish they were consistent.
Food was good but they gave us no napkins. When asked they have some hard brown paper towels. ? those things don’t even absorb grease ??♀️
Went to Popeye’s on Sunrise Blvd. there were multiple people in the car and multiple payment methods. We asked to do two orders and were told “no” there would be one receipt and only one order per car. When we got to the window, we reiterated our need, but she Refused to create a separate order. Pathetic
