Went inside to order, stood around for a few mins, eventually someone grumpily told me that they didn’t support in-person orders inside - I had to use the app or the drive thru. A clear sign would’ve been appreciated!!The drive thru server (Jada?) was really good - calm and polite.Took about 20 mins to cook my vegan chicken tho. And they omitted the chimichurri from my order too.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This location is by far the worst Pollo Tropical I have ever been to.I walked in today and saw in line before me one little old lady who wanted to order a whole chicken. She was bluntly told, after trying to get an employees attention for several minutes, to use the drive thru to order. No explination. Nothing. Extremely rude customer service. She walked out.I waited at the counter to order for another 10 minutes before someone finally spoke to me, only to inform me they are not taking orders inside the store?!? I should have gotten the hint apparently. All the while, there are about 6 other customers behind me now who were also waiting to order.Talk about quality service!I walked out with no lunch and here we are.AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. I LOVE POLLO, BUT WILL NOT BE BACK HERE.

1 star is too much. The Customer Service is terrible!When they messed up my order of $23.00, they would not fix it. I called HQ Customer Service, they said they will send a gift card for the amount I spent & $10. They said it will take upto 14 days. After 3 weeks and no card, I called again. They wanted my original receipt, I said I gave it 3 weeks ago . They had my conversation on computer, she read from our conversation, so I know she had my info, but she said: No one entered that they would refund or send a card to me.So at that time, they said they can ONLY give a $10.00 card. After 15 min, she said, she can't send me a card, they can only send to the app.Later, when I checked the app, it said I can not access until they email me a code. I clicked to send the code, a few minutes later. I clicked resend. And again &again.It's very obvious the won't refund me, and they lied about a $10.00 gift card.They lost my family's business, we'll never go back.

The reason for this bad review is cause management can't manage.. the employees have the worst attitude always playing around with each other ... seems like they don't want to take there job seriously..the professionals don't leave here...this is the plain truth makes me feel kinda disgusting that I ever got food from y'all I would drive to Oakland park and I leave across the street smh

I go thru the drive Thru with 10 minutes to spare to pick up my son. They tell me to pull up that they aren’t ready. Then they forget about me so I go in and the yuca bites are sitting in the basket. So then the man gives me one order. I tell him I ordered two so them another lady starts to make the order and then leaves in the middle leaving me hanging. So I have to ask again for my order. The wholeProcess took 25 minutes and I was late to pick up my son from school. This is supposed to be fast food. Poor service.

Kind of dissapointed. Seems like the quality of the food went downhill. The taste was fine but the rice seemed to be mushy. My tropi chop bowl (pork) didn't have grilled onions. Also ordered a 1/4 chicken which taste good but the drumstick was on the dry side. The fried yucca was okay. For almost $30.00 for two I could make it for less. Usually Pollo Tropical is consistent, not this time.

Only reason to order from this restaurant is the delicious sauce. I ordered from uber eats and this location ruined my meal by not putting my sauce choices in the order. If I just wanted boring chicken on lettuce I can make that myself at home.

Pollo tropical is one of my favorite places to eat and I eat it about 3 times per week. This Location is AWFUL. Workers ALWAYS give you an attitude and get nasty over everything, they take forever no matter how small the order is, close the drive thru whenever they don’t feel like opening it (the system is down but the inside is open? Make it make sense). Just all around horrible experience any time I try and come here.

Burnt chicken and extremely horrible service waited 30min for 2 tropichops half the chicken was black

Although this is a new Pollo Tropical location the service is extremely slow. They seem to change their hours whenever they so choose to. As a customer, I rather go to any other Pollo Tropical (regardless of the distance) because this Pollo just isn't up to quality.
