This is a caesar salad. UgghAll green leaves. No crunch and the dressing didnt stick to the leaves.And this is the new Chicken Cuban sandwichLeft over chicken pieces on one side and ham on the other.Gross!You can do better than this!
I would give Pollo Tropical a 3. Before the food would usually be ready by the time you got to window, but now customer service has gotten bad. The employees take about an hour to give you your food (not even exaggerating) and don’t acknowledge their customers. I know this is at almost every place, but the employees would shake hands with their friends with gloves on. They would also leave customers waiting on them, while they talked to other people. Besides all that the food is delicious, I just wish customer service was better.
Took nearly 15 mins to get an eat-in order after paying. Salsa was frozen solid so unusable. Half chicken overcooked with dessicated white meat. Bland beans. Chain has suffered under the weight of its own mismanagement and underpaid staff. Offers so many new options but cant get basics right. Not worth the time unless you're desperate for food nostalgia. They've yucked themselves.
I was hungry and saw a long queue in the drive thru. I decided to give it a try. The chicken was the greasiest, most overcooked chicken that I have ever seen. The chicken was inedible. I ate the rice and beans and tossed the chicken in the trash. I am not sure of the appeal of this place, but NEVER again.
The drive thru was very busy the night I bought food from them. A pleasant and courteous staffer manned the drive thru when I visited. I can't speak about the inside because I only went through the drive-thru. Check your order thoroughly because they forgot my breadfruit fries and there was no way of getting them back on the phone.

If I could give no stars I would this has got to be the worst service I have ever gotten at a pollo tropical. Staff was just so terrible rude! Started with the cashier when the first thing that came out of her mouth when I walked up to the counter was what you want! Wow very sad giving I really love pollo Tropical’s good but this was just sad.
Might as well place your order at the restaurant. UberEats pick up took 40 minutes. They don't cook the order ahead of time so they make you go in the order line and wait. Then when you place the order they just sit the receipt down and no one starts making the food. Then when I asked about the order as someone who came in after me received their food, they pass the order off to someone else who then starts making it. Smh. Never picking up UberEats orders from Pollo again. I don't even want to order from them.
Good food and decent customer service. Always get a tropichop and I'm always satisfied. Wish they actually had curbside pickup like their app says though. No numbers on their parking spaces so you gotta go inside to pick up your order.
I love this place. The food is always good and it is an affordable option to enjoyable a taste of the Caribbean.
