i’ve never had a delivery order before but this is my only local pizza hut near me. i ordered at around 6:55 pm and i called again at around 8pm (an entire hour later) i explained that i never got my pizza and he hung up on me. i called a couple minutes later and just got the machine over and over again. just lucky i didn’t pay yet!
Absolutely not. I do not advise ordering from this establishment. We had placed a delivery order on the app a few past 8 I called in around 9 checking if they had received it and to know the status as the app hasn’t shown us any different. A woman answered the phone I explained the situation she has said wait 5 minutes and check the app and disconnected the call immediately as I continued to talk. I understood we waited patiently. We checked the app and it updated saying our order would around around 9:21 as it was out for delivery. We didn’t receive our order until just past 10. Definitely calling corporate and never ordering from here again. They did not deserve the generous tip my husband had given them.
The big dinner box the pizza needed to be cooked longer & definitely needed to be hotter! I am going to steer away from ordering from pizza hut because everytime I order I have a horrible experience no matter what state I am in an I order from, because I travel for my job!
Pizza was not very satisfying they had little to no sauce on them was very unhappy and you guys need to make an easier way to contact you within the app
Absolutely awful- DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH!! Customer service at this location is terrible. So unorganized and unprofessional. I recommend to go to a different location. On top of that how do you serve wings without blue cheese or any dressing. We had to pay 50 cent for each sauce which was a tiny container. We asked how come it doesn’t come with one so the girl said call the corporation that how they serve and it’s non of my business lol how do u say that when ur part of that company. Wow I will write a review on Google and damn sure on yelp. Terrible service and awful experience. Shame on you Pizza Hut for being that big of corporations. SMH just awful.
Very disappointed with this store I recommend do not shop there they don't care anything about what you order and how they pack your order or what's in your order I ordered the special the triple Box for Christmas and got a complete disaster it disaster 5 different boxes after I made them put them in the correct Box it was still not right and they charged me almost $30 when it advertises for $21 the manager Jan Dark woman barely any teeth didn't give 2 shi!!s on what I had to say. This Pizza Hut is definitely the worst place I've ever been to merry Christmas
This location always has your food prepared, fresh, and your order correct. Have never had a problem with them. Excellent service!
